Great location

The property is very charming. Staff is attentive and friendly. Great recommendations from the Concierge. My only complaint would be the breakfast staff (1 in particular). For 3 days there was always something missing with my order and he was not attentive at all. Other than that, it was great.

Amazing stay.

Quiet, clean and convenient

What a wonderful hotel! Staff are amazingly friendly and professional. Wonderful staff at the reception and in the restaurant. Conveniently walkable to everywhere in St. Tropez and practically on the beach. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. They even upgraded me when I arrived. The room was spacious and luxurious. I will never forget my stay here.

Really amazing service! Great location in the heart of the city. Air conditioning worked really well in the rooms and beds were comfy. Only downside is the bathrooms are small, but that's the case in most of European hotel rooms so it's doable.

My significant and other stayed here for our first trip to the south of France from America. We could not have had a better stay than here. The service was the best I have ever had - the concierge was amazing. They came in multiple times per day to open and close blinds and change out towels. They provided complimentary beach towels and a beach bag. All I know is if we come back to St Tropez we will be staying here.

An excellent hotel I would stay at again. The rooms, service and food are excellent. The downside is the difficulty of parking, but that is a problem in St Tropez so I left my car in the Port car park.

Had a wonderful stay at la Ponche! We were traveling from the states and Raphael was awesome with helping us make dinner, beach club and transportation reservations/arrangements! Great location close and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Can’t wait to go back!

Great location. Beautiful views and easy to access. Just note if you have a car you will need to park a few blocks away but they transport you back to hotel.

It is located near everything. But finding it by car using gps is difficult.

Amazing, staff, details, food, everything

We give this place 5 stars. Service was friendly and professional. The location is great , next to restaurants and , private beach. We booked a room with a Terrance , which I highly recommend - it’s worth the money to sit in your terrace in the morning , enjoying your coffee and beautiful weather. I should also mention , the facility was clean . This I find to be a priority. In terms of parking , all of the boutique hotels have this challenge- however the hotel is very organized and thus provides transportation to your hotel in a , sexy St Tropez style - open air transport buggy. In the end , it was an enjoyable stay - thank you again to the hotel for your services . We had fun !

Great property - staff was amazing. Careful with GPS directions, not all routes actually get you there!

The terrace was great. Room was very clean and well decorated. However, our Uber driver had serious difficulty in reaching the hotel. He had to drop us a few streets away and we had to carry our luggage all the way to the hotel. Last but not least, the hotel restaurant should allocate at least a few tables for the hotel guests. When we asked for a table for dinner, we were told that we have to book 2 days in advance!

Centrally located

The room was beautiful and the staff was very polite. Although the air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night our stay was pleasant. You need to pay for parking, but it is nearby. The restaurant in the hotel is very good, we ate there one night and would recommend it.
