Excellent séjour

We really had a great time, and most of that was from the amazing staff and helpers around the property.

It’s a good comfy place, some of the staff on the reception desk aren’t nice nor helpful.

We love everything at the Club. The Staff is realy friendly, the Rooms a modern and very clean, our room had an beautiful view. The Food is great, the Shows and all over Program is fantastic. The Sport offer is exzellent. We realy recomand the Club to everybody!!!

I'm biaised as I was expecting beautiful beach. Was rather with lot of rocks and marine algae 😳 it should be noted that this is German club (GMBH) and made for Germen primarily 😏 Staff is very nice though

Robinson does what it says it will do. Good hotel, friendly staff, good and well varied food and drink (free wine and beer). Kids activities, plenty of space. Gym well equipped, tennis courts in good shape. 2 problems. 1st, a lot of rooms are ground floor and everyone walking past can see in. Better to get room on second floor. There is nightly disco and rooms close by get the noise. Other smaller problem is sea full of rocks, you need to navigate through them 40 metres to get to sand and swimming. Staff will show you the best path to take. The tourists are mostly German/Swiss/Austrian, staff speak German and some English.

We loved our stay, best all inclusive in Tunisia Food was excellent / not like ordinary buffet. staff was like family High level of professionalism. Very safe. Everything weel maintained, very confortable. Many little things that always surpasses amd surprises. They make you feel precious, always ready to serve you. Evening shows top quality. Top choregraph. In evenings the staff mangles with guests

Unser erstes Zimmer war (152) war eine Katastrophe. Mussten insgesamt drei Mal das Zimmer wechseln. Personal herausragend, Familienfreundlich, aber sehr Kleinkinder lastig. Essen von gut bis herausragend alles dabei.

Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Personal in jedem Bereich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Tennisplatz Reservierung umständlich, aber wir konnten spielen, wenn auch teilweise nicht 2 Std. Zusammenhängend. Essen sehr gut, vielfältig und auch die Tischweine haben sich merklich in der Qualität gebessert. Fazit, wir, eine Tennismannschaft werden auch gerne zum 10. Mal wiederkommen.
