Amenities, Spa is not the same as an aqua in San Miguel, service and hotel finishes look deteriorating

This Hotel exceeds all expectations!

The hotel installations are in a poor state. The services feel more of things you have to ask for rather than things that should be in your room. Room service time is poorly manage as well as as the room.

La tina no funciona bien, sin acondicionador, la luz del baño es escasa, las almohadas cero cómodas, poca atención a los detalles de atención al huésped. Es como si hubiera ido a u. Holiday inn, una pena, no vale lo que cuesta.

The room was not that clean. Floors looked like they were not cleaned. The sides of the refrigerator were very dirty. The Tub hot water didn't work, and the spray nozzle for the show l leaked and sprayed everywhere.
