This is a charming hotel! There is no air conditioner, so it does get quite warm.

Friendly and helpful staff, a clean room, comfortable beds, and a lovely garden to walk through coming and going. Overall a very pleasant stay!

The property was more than we expected but the staff was not friendly to us at all.

Beautiful property

My family loved this hotel. It’s so close to the city center. We walked everywhere from our hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful. The rooms are unique and clean. No air conditioning but a fan is provided and you can leave the windows open for a nice cool breeze. We also loved the food. Delicious and easy to order and understand. If you don’t eat at the hotel then you have 100’s of options up and down the streets.

Located in the perfect spot, clean and great service.

The Naïf was very special. Room was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the ambiance was ideal. The hotel was located within walking distance of cafes, restaurants and great shops. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Room was very comfortable and location is good to access all parts of Antigua and local sights/ restaurants etc. Bathroom a bit small but the fan is very large… room a great temperature!

The property was nice and in a convenient location. Bathroom shower sprayed water all over the room so you couldn’t keep your towel or clothes in there or get dressed easily in there (we were sharing with a group so needed to change separately). There is a nice view of Fuego from the upstairs balcony where we saw it erupt several times which was cool.

The staff were very helpful and quick to get us checked in. The room was clean and spacious, and the hotel was an easy walk to anywhere you wanted to get to in Antigua.

My stay at Naif Boutique Hotel was great. The hotel was in a central area and walkable. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was respectful, professional and polite.

Everything was absolutely amazing from the staff, to the room, to the views of the volcano erupting at night! Will definitely be coming back!!
