We loved Naif hotel for its comfort, convenience and quiet, mature vibe. It was everything we needed for our stay in Antigua. We would return!

The bathroom was a bit small but the room was very spacious, the beds super comfortable, the towels soft and the garden very nice.

This was a perfect stay for us in Antigua. Our flight came in late, but I was able to confirm with them that we were going to be there around 11p and they had someone waiting to let us in once we had arrived. From there, the location was perfect! The staff are very kind and you can’t beat the views!

This property was so beautiful just like the pictures & the staff was so nice and accommodating! The 24 hour Concierge service was a huge plus for us that we didn’t even know we needed !!! The restaurant and bar located in frying off the hotel was delicious and quick l, once again- very thoughtful staff! I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough and can’t wait to stay here again

The hotel is amazing and the staff are all friendly. We booked a triple room. When we arrived, the hotel had two triple rooms available and the staff let us pick the one we wanted to stay at. They also helped us to book a car to Guatemala City.

My Stayed at Naif Boutique Hotel, and it did not disappoint! The staff was incredibly responsive, attentive, and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the location is right in the middle of everything, making it easy to explore all that Antigua has to offer. Would definitely recommend to friends and family! 💯✨

We had a 1 night stay at this hotel, and I'll give it to you straight. While it was a "boutique" hotel and had a colonial charm to it, it lacked some pretty important requirements that I need in a hotel. For starters, you can't flush toilet paper in the toilets. There's even a sign above the toilet paper saying not to flush it. We had to put our used toilet paper on the trash. No thanks. There is NO A/C only a cheap rotating fan to plug in. While the rooms are cool to begin with, still not cool enough for Guatemala. The rooms were cute, but had a musky smell to it which was unpleasant. The shower handles were switched from hot to cold, and cold to hot, so I took an unnecessary cold shower. Lastly there was no hand towel or hand towel holder. Had to use bath towels to dry hands. It's a great location, with friendly staff, great view of a volcano, but for the money, I think you can find better.

The hotel is clean with friendly helpful staff, and is well located in the centre of town a short walk from everything. There's a lovely courtyard on site. However, the rooms themselves are a little disappointing. It seems all double rooms have no external windows, which keeps them nice and cool but they can feel a bit musty/cave-like and have no natural light. They also all appear to be in the central corridor, and ours was directly opposite the reception desk. We could hear every conversation at reception, and the live sport playing in the restaurant. If we weren't so tired and jet lagged this could have been a real issue. On our final night I was woken up by a loud guest speaking to reception late at night. The room was well cleaned and had an eco filter fresh water supply which was welcome. The bathroom was small and the curtain didn't stop water getting on the floor, as the shower head was more like a tap than a spray so splashed up a lot when it hit the ground. Hot water was available in the mornings but not reliably in afternoon or evening. No wardrobe, just a rail with three hangers. Honestly it wasn't bad but just didn't feel worth the price. For our final night in Antigua we stayed in Hotel Soleil, a large 4* spa hotel just outside the centre, a 10 min walk from town. It costs ~10% more per night than Naif but the rooms, amenities and comfort are more than 2x better.

Loved staying here. Coffee was great, breakfast was filling, and the food from the restaurant was tasty. location is convenient for walking. Beds were comfy! We appreciated the filtered water in our room and the ventilation in the bathroom. We had a view of a volcano out of our window!
