This hotel is very honorable, they will make anything that may be wrong, right. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again in the future!

Very enjoyable stay, the staff were really good. The location is a disaster though, 15 minutes outside town and hard to get Ubers, the hotel did help arrange transfers though. Seems to be full of social media influencers.

I had a Nice time during my stay. The hotel staff are friendly, food is awesome (just just include a kids menu at the burger house). My kid loved the game area and the pool. There are just fez improvements such as mattress (tooooo soft) and must put the dogs away from breakfast/lunch/dinner area. They bother too much for food.

The rooms were very small. The salão de jogos looked nice but many of the games were broken. The gym equipment was below average quality.

The Inn is super fantastic. The crew is wonderful. The place sensational. I just suggest the owners check the sewage system in room #4 we stayed in. The stench was unbearable.

This place is surrounded by mountains. Beautiful views and sofisticated amenities. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was 5 out of 5. Friendly staff. Loved it!!!

Meu esposinho me deu uma visita a este hotel como um presente para o Dia dos Namorados. Não consigo me lembrar de uma época em que eu tenha sido tão feliz em um lugar. Eu sempre digo que ele me trata como uma princesa, e ele me trata. Mas eu me senti como uma rainha na Pousada Apple House Paraty.

Pool in our room was fantastic. Food was excellent. Staff is great. Only criticism is big generator near main pool. It’s noisy. Other than that, highly recommend the hotel.

Great place to relax with family or couple.

- firstly the staff were an absolute credit to the hotel. From reception staff, to barmen to breakfast staff. All were brilliant and couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome. In particular the lovely 2 english speaking ladies who managed the front desk. Plus the man who made the caipirinhas (freddie, johnnie?) - breakfast was brilliant, esp if you like cake!

The hotel was located in a very nice place, the premises are terrific, service was unbeatable and the pools were clean and wonderful. Breakfast was amazing and we did room service a couple of times which was excellent. Special shout out to Roberta who went out of her way to help us out with everything.

All was very good: Location, personnel, service, accommodation, pool, breakfast, view on the mountain.... We really enjoyed our 2-night stay at the Apple House Paraty with our 3 children (18, 15, 8). You need a car to get there but it is worth it especially if you don not want to stay 24h in the center of the old Paraty.

The service was outstanding. Everyone was supper friendly and helpful and showed genuine interest in make our stay most confortable. This is by far the best pousada in Paraty in terms of infrastructure however I was surprised that the service was so great. Regardless of the size you always felt at home and as stated above the level of professionalism and friendliness of the staff was something I probably haven't seen before and I book over 50 hotels a year at last.

Very nice and brand new! Lots of commodities (2 swimming pools jacuzzi, sauna and gym).

Gostamos muito da hospedagem em Paraty. A pousada oferece uma excelente infraestrutura e alguns diferenciais que merecem destaque. Apesar de não divulgarem tanto, há um rio passando ao lado da propriedade, o que torna a experiência ainda mais especial para quem gosta de natureza e tranquilidade. Mesmo sendo um pouco mais afastada do centro, esse contato com a natureza compensa bastante. Outro ponto muito positivo é o fato de a pousada possuir gerador, algo essencial na região, onde podem ocorrer quedas de energia, garantindo mais conforto e qualidade na hospedagem. Para quem gosta de manter a rotina de atividade física, a academia, apesar de pequena, atende muito bem. As poltronas de massagem também foram um grande diferencial e ajudaram bastante a relaxar depois das trilhas e passeios em Paraty. O café da manhã é excelente, muito completo e bem servido. O quarto em que ficamos era simples, porém confortável e atendeu perfeitamente às nossas necessidades, principalmente porque nossa intenção era aproveitar bastante os passeios e as belezas da região.
