ok. in general the price and service are ok

It's quite different from the photo and the real hotel. An outdated room and a lot of mold in the room.

The staff was very helpful and the room's facilities are good.

For muslims, close to halal food area, nguyen ann nigh. Near ben than market, comfortable and spacious family room, friendly staff even though they are not fluent in English. Overall, it's great

Oke jujur harga oke tapi ga oke buat fasilitas, first jendela kotor banget ga pernah dibersihin. Kedua 3 malam nginep di sini yang ramah staffnya cuma 1 cowok yang kurus, sisanya jutek banget. Malam kedua mau tidur kedengeran suara tikus dari plafon, abis itu minta air putih susah yang harus inisiatif dulu, ga ditawarin buat refil jadi harus nunggu yang biasa bersihin buat ngisi. Air kamar mandi ada bathupnya tapi ga berfunsi alias air kerannya ga bisa diidupin. Tapi emang akses kemana mana gampang dan tempatnya luas apalagi ada bidetnya. Cuma untuk balik dan rekomendasi engga, better cari yang lain karena kalian bakal bad mood denganstaff depannya yang sedikit ga sopan sama tamu. Bahasa inggris juga ga bisa yang bisa cuma dtaff cowok tadi. Entah ga bisa atau sengaja. Depan ada CK dan belakang ada Familymart trus maju depan gang udah ada halal street. Oke thank you buat 3 malamnya

The location near to benh tanh market, walking distance. There is a lift in hotel, don't worry if you bring lot of luggage.

Hotel yang boleh di katakan selesa.. hanya jalan kaki 3.minit sampai ke Malaysia street...

The room is cleaned. Eve though we're near to the city but there is no noise. You can sleep peacefully. And the place is really close to ben than. I like the girl reception, name IY. Can speak english and helpful:) overall, all great:).

Từ cửa khách sạn đã bẩn và bốc mùi, lối đi nhỏ xíu để đầy rác. Không cần lên đến trong phòng, ngay phòng lễ tân đã rất bẩn và hôi. Mọi người đặt phòng trên app cũng nên check lại kĩ nhất là đừng thanh toán trước khi nhận phòng. Mình đã thanh toán 2 đêm ở đây nhưng không thể ở được và chuyển sang khách sạn khác. From the hotel door was dirty and smelly, the aisle was tiny to full of garbage. No need to go up to the room, right at the reception room was very dirty and smelly. Everyone who makes a reservation on app should also double-check that do not pay before booking. I paid for 2 nights here but couldn't stay and moved to another hotel.

Room a bit small. But suitable for the price, convenient to travel

Located at district 1, near Ben Thanh Market, nice small hotel with comfortable bed, clean, AC cold, they do not serve breakfast but it is not important because a lot of good restaurant near the hotel. The staff very friendly and helpful specially Mr. Giap, thank you Mr. Giap and The Nible Swan Hotel New World. For sure I will come back.

Right decision stay at Noble Swan New World, located near Ben Thanh Market, a lot of restaurant nearby, great hotel, comfortable bed, clean bedsheets and pillow, aircon working well, and the most important is friendly and very helpful staff, thanks to the receptionist to make our stay more enjoyable.

- Dusty room, no refrigerator in the room, long elevator. - The bedside electrical outlet pops off the wall and is not safe to use.

The staff requires payment before arriving at the Hotel if they want to keep the room. Do not perform daily room cleaning.

Clean rooms, enthusiastic staff. The location of the hotel is very convenient: near Ben Thanh market and surrounding tourist attractions. Opposite the hotel is CirleK which is very convenient. The plus point is that the hotel has an elevator.
