We enjoyed a 2 night break at this hotel, lovely quiet location, we were lucky enough to be able to sit out in their garden, staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Room was good size and had a comfortable bed, had fridge, nespresso, tea facilities, iron, safe and hair dryer. Bathroom was equiped with wash products, breakfast was lovely, good choice of continental breakfast then hot food made to order so was fresh and hot. We dined there one evening, cosy warm atmosphere, lovely staff and great food.

Great experience overall. The rooms were excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was slightly undercooked for my personal preference, but it was still perfectly edible and there was a good selection available. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would happily return.

We were so happy at every stage - from check in, to light bite in the bar, to last minute booking onto our friends’ dinner reservation, to breakfast each morning. This hotel had that really warm welcome that is so special. All staff were so friendly, kind and helpful. We only stayed for a couple nights to go to a friend’s wedding (at another venue) but they made sure we were well looked after from start to finish. Also beautiful views, super comfy bed and lovely gardens. We’ll be looking for an excuse to visit again! Also want to note that we stayed as an LGBT couple, and checked in/dined alongside our friends, another LGBT couple and found we were just welcomed as you would hope and treated completely as normal. Not something you can guarantee in all hotels and something I look for in reviews myself.

Lovely couple of nights. Very relaxing in this lovely hotel. Staff very welcoming; large cosy bedroom-lovely and fresh with en-suite and super shower. Fridge in room with complimentary water and tunnocks teacakes! Tea and coffee facilities. Breakfasts were delicious-good selection of cold buffet with freshly made cooked breakfast-SO tasty! Parking available though car park maybe should have signs where not to park as difficult to navigate down into overflow car park due to people parking too close to entrance!! Hotel is on a hill so fine if walking down into the Town but a bit of a struggle walking up the hill if unfit like my husband and I are😀 Wonderful stay, will be back

Spacious, clean room with a good sized bath and a tasty breakfast. The room included tea, coffee and biscuits which were all appreciated after a long journey.

We always stay here when visiting Crieff. Reliable for service and dining experience, with add on facilities at the Hydro hotel, a few minutes walk away.
