Large room, good facilities, nice food.

Beautiful hotel. Extremely quiet in the room. Very good and various breakfast. Free Parking in the hotel. Staff very kind and helpful. Unfortunately i didn't had the time to use the other amenities from the hotel

Best hotel for hundreds of miles around. Great place. Gym could be better, but Spa is lovely.

A nice location and hotel for a short stay due to a business trip

Although it is a 4 star hotel, but did not replenish the daily coffee & tea in the room. Extra charging for pool usage!!!

Excellent location close to the town centre and sightseeing.

Beautiful hotel and premises in a central location. My only major issue is that guests gave to use the pool. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was to use the pool after a long day of driving only to find out its about 7.5 euros a person to use the pool, even as a guest at the hotel! Quite disaplointed that this was not clear in advance as it might have changed our plans.

The hotel itself is fairly new and everywhere appears clean and tidy, the food was also very nice, but there are a few too many little things with this hotel that stop it being a 4 star hotel in my opinion. Having booked a suite for the week, you'd expect that the bottle of free water would be replaced at some point and that it wouldn't be just a one off! the same goes for the coffee pods for the in room coffee machine, they want to charge you 7Lei for a pod and there is no kettle to make a normal hot drink with!! yes its not be a lot and in fact its quite cheap, but in any other 4 star hotel you get so many free per day and when you're in a suite you do expect that extra service. The AC wasn't working properly in my room and in fact the room was increasing in temperature, when I explained this to the staff they arranged for a technician to sort this but it took 72hrs for the temperature to get down to 21 degrees! after extending my stay its only just got down to 20 degrees after another 48hrs. Extended again so it might hit 18 degrees by the time I leave. The bed's extremely comfortable, the desk to work from is great, The Safe's a tad small for laptops, the bathroom is large and the toiletries are replaced daily, no spare towels, and the gown was removed from my room one day and had to ask for it to be returned!! 36 Lei to use the Gym and pool area of which both look very small!! there is nothing in the small print for these extra charges

Everything was outstanding but the fact I surprisingly found out that I have to pay for the pool & spa access, as I have made the booking online.

All staff spoke excellent English, impressive modern rooms especially compared with other local offerings, definitely worth the money. Food including breakfast was also excellent.

I am really happy with the Hotel and specially the staff. They made us feel at home since the check in. Would definitely stay again here.

We select the sweet rooms in the hotel, it was amazing stay , outstanding rooms comfortable , large and fully perfect equipped, outstanding breakfast , outstanding crew in the hotel, fast check in / out. very nice lobby . outstanding location . bottom line it is very much recommended hotel for holiday Avi Turgeman

The hotel is very big and nice. The room is big and clean. However the service wasn't good at all. They charge you on everything you ask for and to this kind of hotel it's very surprising. For example they want us to pay 10€ per night for a baby bed-crib. But in the reservation its specificly written its free!! Only after we insisted its suppose to be free they didn't charge us. The service in the spa was awful! I couldn't believe I'm in 4 star hotel. Very wrud and unprofessional!
