Current condition of the hotel is much much worse than the photos in the property listing. Aside from the sea view, the property was in poor condition. The outdoor pool of the onsen was nice being able to hear the waves crashing on the shore. Neighborhood is really sad with many boarded up hotels and almost no restaurants.

The room has a beautiful ocean view and the staff were super nice. However, it would benefit from deep cleaning/dusting.

The staff went out of their way to help us, the shuttle bus picked us up from the station, but it was hard for us to communicate as we do not have Japanese. The Hotel would have been beautiful in its day, but it is tired but lovely. The staff tried to make up for this. I was disappointed we paid $650 for the night for a family of four, unheard of for us. So when I asked about breakfast I was a little thrown when I was told no restaurants around we would have to go to the 7-11 for breakfast and dinner. We had help from the staff to find a great local restaurant

The hotel staff is helpful and friendly. The meals are delicious but a bit salty. Hotel room is a bit old but quite comfortable. One thing I like most is that I can see sunrise in my room. The only thing I don't like is the curtain, it is not good enough to block the sun.

Stayed here 2 nights as a couple. Right from the start, staff were incredibly helpful with assistance. One in particular when asked about nearby attractions printed a map, did some research, highlighted and explained to us very helpfully. Top helpful staff. The room itself was pleasant and peaceful. We had a basic room, that had a large window to a full ocean view. Perfect for sitting, reading and watching the sunrise. We tried a private onsen and were pleased with the cleanliness and temperature (on the warmer side). This hotel is definitely a place to unwind with less focus on electronics.

We are very satisfied with our room, the view was perfect. We would like to go back again :)

On the beach, great location. Staff very helpful and nice but does not speak English. No English spoken around area, either.

This Hotel is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. We loves the onsen, view from our room and the lavish dinner in the room. The only thing we didn't like was the beach that's across from the hotel which is a bit rocky; much better beaches are about a 30 minute drive south.

The staff was friendly, and although the hotel was a bit old, it was clean and well-maintained, so there were no inconveniences. The ocean view from the room and open-air hot spring in the large public bath was truly wonderful. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was extremely slow, but overall, it was an accommodation I would love to visit again.

Meget hyggeligt sted med perfekt beliggenhed på stranden. Altanen er mere en svalegang og kan reelt kun bruges til at tørre badetøj. Meget autentisk hotel som virker lidt gammelt men rent. God service og efter anbefaling fik vi det bedste sushi nogensinde i Japan.

お出迎え、部屋の清潔感、露天風呂などはとても良かったです。 周囲に食事処や施設が少なかったのが唯一の問題でした。
