The hotel was very clean. My room was made and clean daily. The breakfast was great as there was a selection of breakfast buffet available. The reception staff were very helpful and although we didn't speak the same language we used Google Translate. The pool at the back was clean and it was great to sit around. The only issue I had during my stay was that the WiFi didn't work in my room. I was staying in room 120. For some reason couldn't connect to the WiFi but I could connect in the lobby area and outside by the pool area. I informed reception and they were very quick to ask a technician to look at it and he tried very hard to sort it but couldn't resolve the issue. I managed by using the WiFi in the lobby area and by the pool. Other than this I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Although the hotel is not new, the building and facilities are in good shape. Excellent service from staff and restaurant members. Anything you may need, just ask them!

Well located for business or tramits in Foz area. It is over the BR277. If you have car it is easy and fast to get downtown and all main point of interestvin Foz, Cataratas, Itaipu, Ciudad del Este and Puerto Iguazu. The internet is ok. Very good breakfast. Staff are polite and helpful The bathroom is small but clean. It has only hot water in the shower. There is no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage it is better to ask room in the first floor. All the hotel is very clean .

Perfect access to conference center. 5 minute walk. Very nice staff. Only criticism is that the walls are a little thin. I could hear snoring from the adjacent room. Of course I don't know if the person snoring had a severe problem (some snorrers generate sounds like a jet engine , so maybe no hotel wall could have contained it, but it was a little distracting.

Pedi um almoço, um prato com medalhão de filé mignon, veio uma carne que era qualquer coisa menos uma medalhao de filé mignon. O molho madeira estava frio, parecia aquele molhos enlatados que foi apenas jogado em cima do bife

Minha esposa e eu gostamos muito da hospedagem. Café da manhã excelente e funcionários muito simpáticos.

Quarto limpo, café da manhã farto, equipe maravilhosa. Recomendo.

Hotel aconchegante, ambientes limpos e funcionários atenciosos. Fomos muito bem atendidos pela funcionária Kate. O quarto que ficamos, deixou um pouco a desejar em questão de estrutura.

Hotel com um bom custo benefício, com localização facilitada para quem não ficará na cidade.

Limpo, boa roupa de cama, toalhas ruins, café da manhã ok (suco de laranja é refresco :-/). Funcionários simpáticos. Localização ruim. Beira de estrada no meio no nada. Barulhento. Som de rodovia o tempo todo
