The hotel needs an improvement in the maintenance. Although the staff was courteous there were failures due to lack of attention. Breakfast could be much better.

This was literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Black mold in the room, everything was rusty, the building itself was crumbling. We stayed one night then called hotels.com to complain. They were able to get our money back, since the hotel refused to refund the money. I would never ever stay here again. I think a sleeping bag on the beach would have been better. Did I mention the insects crawling in the bed? Yuk

There was a bit or a misunderstanding about my room when i got there. The room they gave me wasn't the one i booked but did the job. Only complaint was to close to the road and could hear everything downstairs. Some staff was very helpful could not fault them, if i had a problem they was very friendly and helped where they could. Over all the hotel was good and i might be booking again next year

A little far from main actions but it is less expensive,clean and comfortable. Good breakfast with variety of foods. I used Uber to go around easily.

My stay was really good. The hotel staff at the reception spoke good english to help me with things. They helped me to book guided tours in and around Salvador and arranged me a very trustworthy taxi driver when I was in need. They directed me to the place where they sell the best Acaraja so that I can have a real taste of Bahia. I really had a good time there.

O prédio é antigo porém bem reaproveitado. Houveram alguns problemas com o elevador para seu uso. As portas do quarto (entrada e banheiro) eram antigas e deveriam ser trocadas. A luminária central do quarto (do tipo embutir) estava se soltando do forro. Com pequenos ajustes estaria perfeito.

Fechaduras de diversas portas apresentando defeito. Fui trocada de quarto duas vezes. Funcionários da portaria ignoraram minha chegada com duas malas. O serviço melhorou depois. No café da manhã, qualquer pedido simples fora do exposto era visto com má vontade. A conservação de um dos quartos que fiquei era ruim, cheirando a mofo. O hotel precisa ser bem revisado para ser considerado 4 estrelas.

Ótimo custo benefício, único problema foi o acesso a internet dentro do quarto, mas fora isso, tudo perfeito.

O problema foi que não tinham toalhas de rosto,nem pisos para o banheiro, e quando solicitamos eles não tinham para nos dar. Um evento grande, agendado a meses, e parece que eles não estavam parados para isso. No segundo dia eles conseguiram só uma toalha de rosto e continuava sem piso. No mais , oi tudo tranquilo
