The bathtub was clogged, causing water to overflow into the room. However, the hotel resolved the issue quickly, so the overall experience wasn't too bad. I was a bit apprehensive seeing some negative comments from foreign guests, but it seems to be due to communication issues (the staff member seemed to have poor English; I think it wasn't a big problem with Vietnamese staff – the male staff member wasn't as good as the female one and often missed guest requests). Breakfast was adequate, not excessive, and everyone in our group of four found it okay for three nights. The staff were friendly and quite enthusiastic. The room was a bit old and small, but it was also quite airy and not too cramped. Overall, for 800k VND per day for four people, I think it's OK.

The room and service were disappointing. There was hair on the floor. It seemed like they hadn't cleaned it properly. My skin was itchy and burning. The bathroom drain was clogged. The Wi-Fi was terrible. They didn't even handle basic hotel services like check-in and didn't remember the order of guests waiting. The price is reasonable, but this is one of the worst places I've stayed in Da Nang. Even if you pay a little more (around 10,000 won), a 4-star hotel would be a better option. And I told them I had bed bugs, fleas, or insect bites, but they came to check and said it wasn't bugs. They also said they couldn't tell if it was dust or something. The doctor at Vinmec Hospital confirmed it was a bug bite.

The hotel is okay, near the beach, convenient to travel, enthusiastic staff, normal food, a bit few dishes for me, everything else is ok, the security guard is super cute

Had a great 3 days stay here. Walking distance to the beach, mini-market, cafes, restaurants, etc. Clean room and nice breakfast. Definitely recommend this hotel when you stay in Danang.

The hotel is repairing the swimming pool so it cannot be used. At the same time, it is noisy during the construction process. The breakfast is not very rich... the only compliment is for the security guard there. When guests arrive, he is very enthusiastic in carrying their luggage and when they check out, he also helps them get to the car...
