Great location, easy to find

Booked for 3 nights and ended up having to check out early on the first day due to a family emergency. Front desk (Alondra) reached out to management and they informed me I would be reimbursed for one night only which I understood and thought was fair. Now that Expedia has reached out to them they have gone back on their word and i will not be reimbursed for any of the 3 unused nights. Well they lost a returning guest over $60. They needed the money more than I did I guess.

I had a family member at the hospital so rented this hotel for convenience. Checkin whent fast, it was clean and the breakfast was great!

All went well, and having friendly staff who like to smile and help with my questions is definitely a 10 in my books. Muchas gracias!

Its too far to carry all our things from the parking lot to the side door. There is no water or coffee in the rooms (though there is a coffee maker!) and breakfast starts too late for travellers. We had to leave before 7 am. We have stayed twice and this was our last time.

Felt safe, secure parking lot, good location. No room amenities like a fridge or microwave and not enough towels

It’s a wonderful place to stay the night and their breakfast is super yummy

The hotel is close to highway 15 away from center. Hotel did not provide towels during my stay. I was never able to get a hold of receptionist. I had to walk twice to lobby for towels. I finally got pool towels. Only one receptionist during high season. Pool is small and crowded. Breakfast was fine. Area is close to major stores. There weren’t many restaurants with in walking distance.

The shower head was broken
