Great Hotel

Staff very friendly. Small hotel. Didn't see another guest while we were there! Breakfast was pretty bad. Pillows were terrible but the room was pretty good otherwise.

Great hotel close to Pancevo bridge and also not far from city centre. It has roof top bar with a view of Belgrade. Spacious rooms and serving delicious breakfast.

Excellent in many ways location fo me was fine.

Off the beaten path. Breakfast was good, staff wonderful, and one of the only hotels In over a year with actual items in the mini bar/fridge. Replaced daily too! Maid service ok and very eco friendly with towel washing and bedsheet changing. Rooftop restaurant busy but with no wait and a welcome end to the day.

It was amazing experience. Room with two units is big enough for families and is very silent pretty good for sleeping well. I can highly recommend this place to the other travellers.

Heritage was a wonderful surprise. It is located in a new building, excellent modern and tasteful architecture, clean, spacious, and perfectly organized rooms, geat cleanliness, excellent service on all levels. The restaurant has excellent food and room service, great breakfast. They have a rooftop restaurant with the excellent view of the city landscape and Danube river on horizon. Highly recommended.

All is fine, good value for money

Staff lied about the availability of upgrades for VIP

This hotel's location is very far from anything worth sightseeing. The roof top is closed so don't go there hoping you will have a nice breakfast. The cleaning staff start cleaning nearby rooms at 7AM while yelling at each other or talking over the phone. The reception staff lie about availability and never give you a VIP upgrade. The VIP upgraded rooms were still available to reserve till midnight same night yet they lied and told me they were fully booked.

My stay was quite pleasant. The staff was very kind and friendly and the standard twin room was clean and comfortable. The only slight annoyance was a defect lightbulb in the bathroom and the general lack of sound-proofing (thin walls).

The location of the hotel is very good, convenient to get everywhere by foot. The breakfast food is various and tasty, and the staff is very friendly and pleasant. The room was very clean and spacious, we had a junior suite which was great. All in all the hotel is amazing, will stay again there when we go back.

The hotel is very nice. They have a rooftop restaurant, and is better to check in advance if there is some party during your stay, because if yes, then you have to prebook a table. Otherwise all looks great. Nice staff
