The hotel is quite nice overall, and its location is definitely one of its biggest advantages, as it is very strategically located in the city center. However, the cleanliness of the rooms needs more attention and improvement. Since the hotel is relatively old, some areas and facilities show signs of wear and tear, including rust and stains that seem difficult to remove. The staff, from the reception desk to the café, seemed rather slow. Unfortunately, I also had a disappointing experience with the café. I purchased a sausage bread, and when I asked the staff about its shelf life, I was told that it would still be good until the following morning. However, when I ate it that same evening, the sausage already tasted sour and had an unpleasant smell. This was quite concerning.

Strategic location. In the middle of Jalan Dago. Comfortable rooms. Soft mattresses and pillows. Clean sheets and towels. Friendly staff from the front office, room service, and restaurant. Breakfast is varied and delicious.

The hotel's location is very strategic, there are many places to eat around the hotel, Superindo is next door, a pharmacy is across the street, the rooms are spacious and clean, there is enough parking but the road access is quite narrow so you have to be careful.
