The hotel's owner is very friendly. The hotel is near to station. The breakfast is simple but quite good. The room is clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very close from Hakodate Station, the receptionist ladies and gentlemen are kind and very friendly, their father can speak English and they have a translater tool so it's easy to communicate. The room was clean, the bathroom although small but really clean.

Really close to Hakodate Station, Morning Market and several minutes walk to Red Brick Warehouse. Very convenient :)

Its very near from Shin-Hakodate JR station. about 5 mins walking distance. Not expensive, the room worth with the price. But sadly, sometimes the water heater went off. but don't worry, you need to get down and talk to the staff in reception desk. also near to morning market, sadly we need to go early in the morning, leaving to Sapporo. but overall, its a nice place to stay.
