Cleanliness 5 star. Staff super: Pprofessional, helpful, cheerful and kind.

The staff were the highlight of the stay. So friendly offering tea when I arrived and provided information of what to see and where to eat. Bed was very comfy and the facilities of the bathroom were top tier. Unfortunately I slept in so didn’t get the good of the breakfast but they offered to make me a coffee to good which I was appreciative of. Definitely would come to stay again next time I visit Rabat!

Amazing service and clean riad. The ladies working the reception were SO personable, caring and accommodating. We were travlling with a young child and they went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The little touches in the rooms were great. A very close walk to the market. Overall we had an exceptional time here

The riad is just outside of the wall of medina. The medina of Rabat is small and very walkable. It is walkable from the train station if haggling with a cab driver is not your thing. The property is clean and sober. The staffs are helpful. Breakfast is abundant. Rooms are clean. Very quiet. A good place to stay.

Staff was attentive, location was good, beds were comfortable and the hotel breakfast was varied and tasty.

I had a wonderful stay! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made me feel at home. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The location is also very convenient — close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Meriem and her staff were amazing. The Riad is in a quiet spot just outside the walls, convenient to everything. Taxi drivers in Rabat always use the meter and do not try to haggle a higher price. The museums in Rabat and the beautiful Atlantic beaches make this my favorite city in Morocco. Riad Meftaha is great value for your money.

Girls at the front desk are very friendly. Good location, outside de Medina but walkable distance to one of the entrance. Breakfast is nice, offer some juice, coffee, pastry, yogurt, fruit to keep you going and start the day. I only have one problem: wifi can be slow at times.

Heba was a wonderful welcoming host. Kettle, tea and water in our room and sweet treats were much appreciated . Very comfortable bed . Lovely toiletries and a delicious breakfast. Definitely recommend this Riad

In addition to the convenient location , cleanliness level in the room and facilities is exceptional. Breakfast was very generous and personalized. Attention to details in every aspect, ex. Baladi soap in bathroom, water bottle in room, water kettle and water jug in room, replenished daily, free tea and coffee available throughout the day, orange blossom smell throughout, fresh clean hand towels availavle in common area toilet. Hiba welcomed us at reception upon arrival with a big smile and was extremely helpful throughout our stay, responsive to any request and very courteous. We will go back again and again without any hesitation

The owners were very helpful and knowledgeable. The property was beautiful and so true original to the culture. I would highly recommend this property!! Great location, value and wish we had more time to stay longer!

We can not say enough about Fatima and Hella they were amazing, communicated well before we arrived, super supportive and accommodating while we were there and made our trip extremely comfortable. We stayed in the guest house unit which was huge, tv options where great good internet and so close to the Medina and beach. Thank you so much

Every thing was great, accept when we had breakfast, it was too hot. There was not even a fan.
