Rude staff. Especially the guy with glasses. Horrible. Many bed bugs too. Avoid this place!!!

The hotel was dirty, smelly, could not stay, I had to give up another reservation

I rented a private room with insect bites all over my body, went to the doctor: applied medicine and took medicine. Disgusting. I took a shot and burned it so I couldn't upload it. Thanks.

I stayed on the upper deck of the hostel. It doesn’t have safety railings so it’s kinda dangerous. I asked for a staff if it’s possible for me to transfer since there are vacant beds available. But they refused to do so.

It was lost water whole hotel. Almost of staffs are not really friendly. I intend to stay there some weeks but just have stayed 2 nights and change hostel. Location is good but on main stress then too noisy for sleeping. Room is clean. Almost hostel in Hanoi is finished breakfast time earlier than other countries.

Also ok. Because of the cheap price and free food, beer, billiards ....

The worst Hostel I've stayed. The attitude of people in there is bad (reception, manager and cleaner). The toilet is little dirty. The closets don't have key. Never wanna comeback.

Should not stay. Because there is a bad room smell. Misplaced. It is true that any money of taking. I do not understand why the backpackers can stay.

Stay here. Just quit reading any further. You're wasting your time. This is where you need to stay. Funky jungle is where you need to stay. if you want to find an incredible time with kind of staff, good vibes, and easy going travelers, just stay here.

Hotel good service, room okay

Rooms are a bit moldy covered with curtains. One Dorm bed in my room was squeaky when someone used the upper. Toilets could be improved. No blanket was provided for the night and it was chilly inside.

I need a place to wash and luggage for a few hours in Hanoi to fly to SG, so book this hostel to stay! Not excellent but not too bad for a place to stop. The bathroom and bed are quite good. Because I only need to wash the rest is not important to sleep so book was the cheapest bed, so also did not expect that room is the mix room (should be clear) the little thing is heavy baggage, But I did not expect the top floor to be the highest and no lift, no one picked up the baggage (also because of hostel budget) the other was having breakfast, I chose bread pate & onions, instead of No pate because the staff do not know clearly should ask the guests what they want to eat instead, they stuffed a whole loaf of bread onion! In general, do not ask anything in places like this!) In short, it is still a good place to stop and location, right in the old quarter, from Hanoi station about 30 -40k.
