The staff was very rude, upon entering to check-in. I forgot my card at home and had to go back to my
Residence at Union market to go to Chase Bank, which has an outside ATM and the lady at the counter told me that all the banks were closed. I told her I would be right back so I went home went to the bank and then I returned and she said oh you’re back and I said yes my bank is always open. I’m not sure about yours, but mine is The following night and asked could I buy a bottle of champagne and the guy said you could do it later on the day this is the African man I said OK what time he said at seven he had a rude attitude and nasty tone in his voice. It was only on my last day that a Spanish lady. She was quite loud over the phone, but I called from my room and asked to extend for late check out. She helped me sign up to become a member member and we did late check out, that was the only positive moment between staff, This hotel is lovely though the location the amenities everything is pretty good. I will stay here again. The staff needs serious work and etiquette classes immediately to be honest.
