About an hour after we checked in, the desk worker walked into our room without knocking and said they needed to look at the new tv stand that was put in. No knock, no waiting, just walked right in. Very unprofessional service

Simple, clean room. Very satisfied.

Room too hot (guest cannot control temp settings). Bed hard and big crack between 2 mattresses made into king bed. Pillows not good. Noisy at night.

The shower drain was clogged so showering was bad the staff was good, room very small but ok

Small private and great location

Great little hotel on the border of the Marais and 4th arrondisment area. Bed was comfortable and room was small but cozy. Perfect for those who are out and about most of the day and not spending a lot of time in their hotel room. Loved the ease to get to the Metro and walkable to many restaurants and sights.

Perfect location for city centre exploring. Clean well appointed rooms if warm... And the most friendly and helpful reception staff and housekeeping team. I'm already planning my return.

The staff at this property were friendly but the hotel is in need of an update. Facilties are old and worn. The ventalation both hear and AC were inoperable and we requested twice to have it corrected. We couldn't open the window as our room faced the back side of a restaurant so all we could smell was onions and various cooked foods/smoke. We would not stay here again

Very convenient for the things we were interested in. Especially enjoyed the Grizzly Cafe's French onion soup and Karl enjoyed all his meals. Safe and great breakfast.

Great location and excellent staff. Limited storage in room. Room cleanliness was lacking (hairs, dirt, etc.).

Breakfast was expensive and not worth it. Front end staff very nice and helpful. Fun neighborhood around hotel. The restaurant behind the hotel - St Antonio is priced right and I loved the gargonzola burger!

Breakfast is 7 Euros. No to go / take away coffee for travelers. Very limited offerings. The AP transfers consisted of calling a cab for you. Very small hotel. Walkable to Notre Dame. Would not come back.

Nice 3 star property overall, rooms typical and small for Paris, elevator tiny. Great location near public transportation and many shops and all the dining a couple streets behind the hotel. One staff lady was rude to us when we asked if we could have our pastry and coffee in their little dining room that we brought from another bakery, she said "nooooo".

The hotel was very nice, well located, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The floor was not properly cleaned and there was a lot of hair, which made the room feel uncomfortable. I hope the hotel can improve the cleaning service, because everything else about the stay was really great.

Solo traveling and needed a place to stay for the night. The location is excellent only one train ride from the airport. The price I paid could not be beat! I was in the smallest hotel room with a bathroom that I ever stayed in. Worth the $.

The coffee maker had mold in it. After we made the front desk aware nothing happened until the next day when the room was cleaned. There were two cigarette butts on our small terrace from our room.
