Stayed here a few years back and it was excellent. This time was a little disappointed. Room was not up to a 5 star hotel. On arrival tv didn’t work and room as awfully hot. Bathroom outdated. However, food at the restaurant was excellent and so was service. Thy got things taken care of very professionally.

Self proclaimed 5 star. Not so much. Walls not sound proof. Listened to the TV in the next room. Most service people disinterested. Little to no help with the winery activity or restaurants.

El hotel se encuentra en una de las bodegas más importantes de la ribera del duero, pero tiene sus oportunidades en cuanto a servicio, amenidades y actividades disponibles. Por ejemplo, no tienen staff que puedan ayudarte con las maletas, ni nada por el estilo.

Great couple of days. Good food, better wine and top quality spa. And the room was clean, nice and cozy. It even have full blinds! Only small area of improvement, most rooms are in the aisle communicating with restaurant so it can be a little noisy during the early morning. Also, emergency light in the room was too bright during the night.

during the harvest the winery is extremely busy! a stroll in the wineyard was a highlight for us. The modern building lacks character and although quite new, maintenance could be better. free wine tour at 17:00 daily is exclusively in Spanish. Free minibar is a nice touch. you can rent a bike for 5 Euro per hour - money well spent! Traditional restaurant onsite is OK + , unfortunately the choice for vegetarians is very limited...

El hotel solo tiene un solo lugar para comer. Esta lejos de Peñafiel, como a 15 -20 minutos en auto. No hay servicio de taxis, el hotel recomienda a un taxista que cobra caro por el servicio . Un viaje al Castillo Peñafiel cobra 40 euros. Cuando llamamos al hotel para pedir información nunca contestaron y tampoco por correo electrónico. El servicio es pobre.

Is not that it is a bad hotel, rooms are very clean and spacious, austere for the rating, beds comfortable.still the five stars are in my opinion too many for the overall performance/ quality of the facility and its personnel.

Una buena experiencia en generl, el hotel muy bonito con habitaciones amplias. El unico tema fue el aire acondicionado que nunca pudieron arreglar.

Perfekt for vininteresserte. Små detaljer som gjorde oppholdet enda bedre, bl a kom de med sjokolade og vann på kvelden, vinflaske ved innsjekk og flere andre ting.

Hotel correcto sin mas No ee cuando conseguiria las 5estrellas, es un 4, normal, común. La habitacion basica, colchón y almohadas incomodas. TV enganchada con un cable a un alargador por toda la pared y suelo. Desayuno escaso, muy escaso

Todo perfecto...hemos estado muy agusto y el personal magnifico. Volveremos seguro.

El hotel está bien en general, pero se deberían mejorar muchos detalles para ser relamente un hotel 5 estrellas.

ME GUSTÓ TODO EN GENERAL: SITUACIÓN, HOSTELERÍA.. NO ME GUSTÓ QUE NO PUEDAS ELEGIR LA HABITACIÓN EN LA PARTE NUEVA, COMO TODOS LOS AÑOS QUE LLEVAMOS YENDO, UNOS CINCO O SEIS.
