Las habitaciones y la decoración del hotel son bonitas, el hotel es limpio excelente ubicación todo queda cerca personal muy amable sin embargo me tocó una habitación con mucho ruido exterior

El personal es muy amable y dispuesto a darle la mejor de las atenciones. El problema es que ha ido decayendo las facilidades. No hay un buen mantenimiento, las sábanas manchadas, las toallas manchadas y transparentes. Ha ido a menos desde que me quedé la primera vez. La ciudad necesita hoteles y ellos se estan aprovechando. Pero eso no quita que la estadía sea confortable.

The location is great. But if you arrive before 3pm, the hotel is closed, you will not be able to get in. Luckily we snuck in through the parking lot because it was not communicated to me that the hotel would be closed before 3pm, and we left our luggage at the front desk. Our luggage was searched through, probably by cleaning people who took in our luggage. Also the lobby is on the second floor and some rooms located on 3rd floor, no elevator.

El lugar está muy bien ubicado, es perfecto para pasar unos días en Orizaba, sin que esperes estar mucho tiempo en las habitaciones, ya que son pequeñas, pero muy cómodas, el espacio muy limpio, de fácil acceso,siempre y cuando estés familiarizado con el sistema de acceso automatizado y obtengas la información con tiempo, para poder llegar sin probñemas.

Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia en esta localidad. Servicio muy amable, habitacion limpia y con todas las comodidades. Estacionamiento disponible y muy cerca del centro y otras atracciones. Muchas gracias por todo.

Positives Staff were nice, but they only run one shift, 3 to 1030 Daily maid service provided very good location Good hot Showers. Negatives Purchased a larger room with sofa bed not provided, Front desk says they don't have those anymore Kitchenette has no stove Phones in the room do not work. The hotel's phone system is shut down The room is so dark, very weak light bulbs At night when I'm using the microwave in the kitchen, I have to use my flashlight on my phone just to see the numbers on the microwave. Three flights of stairs to get to the lobby No elevator This hotel's not for old people they have to use a lot of stairs Feel like I overpaid for this hotel What I paid for and what I got, was not the Same thing

Room was not clean as we expected and interior lights were poor, everything else was ok!!

Everyone very friendly, breakfast not a real breakfast just coffee and bread but overall good, an couple cockroach not very nice but decent stay.

Not good for elderlies. No elevator. Pictures not even close to the bad rooms. Smell terrible. The hotel is in a very very old building so is in very bad condition. Not recomended to anybody

The people at the front desk were great! The hotel was a short walk from downtown and very clean.

Center of town. Above a bank. And there lies a problem. You share the parking garage with the bank and sometimes you dont have a parking space. Also No buzzer or way to open the door. Not a good aet up. As for accomadations they were good. Except if you get a street view. Then you get the noise. As the windows are not thick or 2 sided. The kithen has a fridge and microwave but no stove? Shower took some time toget hot water same witg sink. Sink also had sewer smell. The facility is cheap in center of banks, restruants, and stores. Liked location and facility.

Everything was great, nice place, great room, kind people and superb location, the only thing I dislike was the cockroach roaming over my clean clothes, that’s the only thing I would recommend the hotel to be careful with.
