I've stayed at hotels all my life, only this time the hotel ran out of water in the bathroom. It's hard to take a shower & urinate. Some of the staff are indifferent and some are helpful, it's different for each person. Everyone should help. With this incident, hopefully the hotel will immediately do an evaluation. If there is such an incident, don't hesitate to apologize and give the guest a solution. In addition, the water is also dirty. The shower is done using mineral water brought by the hotel.

A hotel strategically located in the heart of Malang. Close to the Oro-Oro Dowo and Klojen markets, as well as various culinary options, it's also very family-friendly. We stayed for two nights and will definitely be our family's choice for future visits to Malang.

Breakfast with children was included, but they still asked for additional payment. They claimed the app didn't calculate the order, so they had to pay again. I'm confused about how to complain, even though breakfast was included.

Rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The hotel is in the center of the city and you can reach the main local amusements quickly. Food taste is good, but while we stayed the pool wasn't ready yet because maintenance was needed. Overall it's good, we had a pleasant time staying here, thank you!

The bathroom smelled really bad, the TV channels were not connected so I only had YouTube on, the shower gel was empty when I checked in and wasn't refilled, and the room was not very clean.

The facilities don't match the amenities offered. There should be a notice on the platform that the pool is undergoing maintenance. Going there for swimming is a complete dud. The high price isn't justified.

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful, allowing early check-in. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with cool air conditioning. There's a mini playground in the lobby, which is very helpful for those with toddlers to keep them calm.

Having stayed at Geta Hotel three times, this time it seems like some things are due for a new one, like the pillows. Yesterday's were already flat, making them less comfortable to sleep on than hotel-style. The towels are also due for a new one, smelling of Bayclin and being thin. Because the deluxe rooms are always located on the main road (even though they've been warned not to be located on the main road), the noise of motorbikes racing or something else is very loud at night.
