Very nice hotel, close to city center, clean rooms, and very comfortable.

4 nights stay, the sound of passing vehicles is too loud, not soundproof, the power plug in the room is dead even though the AC is on (only my room) it only worked after the technician came, the food is not very varied.

rest with clean and tidy rooms very close to the swimming pool, the kids will love it and not want to go home, the breakfast food is really delicious, close access to Kayutangan 🤗

Stayed twice, everything was great: service, atmosphere, and cleanliness.

The atmosphere is nice, the room is also nice and the staff is friendly. However, there are some details that need to be improved, such as the ceramic tiles are not rigid enough. The tables in the hotel look like they are burned by cigarettes, the sofa chairs have several spots of cigarette burns, the door and window handles don't seem to be tight enough and some of the room lights are flickering.

This was my first time staying here. The hotel was comfortable and close to the city center. During our five-night stay, the staff was very friendly and communicative, making my husband and I feel at home. The breakfast was quite varied, and we were well-served. Overall, it was great. Best of luck to Gets... We look forward to coming back again!

Very close to Oro2 Ombo market, Saiful Anwar Hospital is also close, Kayu Tangan is close, when I arrived the room was still wet and had just been cleaned

There were lots of ants, and the shower water leaked everywhere, making it uncomfortable to use. After showering, I was completely wet. The TV picture wasn't clear. The price was comparable to other hotels, but the amenities were inferior. Hopefully, they'll improve and upgrade in the future, given the increasingly fierce competition. Other than that, it was pretty good, and the breakfast was okay. Thank you.

Suitable for those who have small children.

The room was spacious but not soundproof. When the pool was being drained at night, it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep.

The pool is clean, breakfast and rooms are standard but according to the price, but there are lots of ants when there is food.

The service is quite friendly and responsive, and when there are problems, they immediately take action. Unfortunately, the TV in my room isn't a smart TV, and the Wi-Fi only works for a short time, but the rest is difficult to use. But overall, it's okay.

Staying at Gets Hotel is the right choice because the location is easy to reach & still in the Malang City area.

Not bad for a hotel just to stay overnight.
