Great Hotel in a Perfect Location for St Helier. Super friendly staff, and decent value. Basic but very clean. Would happily stay again.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at the Sarnum Hotel in Jersey. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well looked after. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a day out exploring the island. A special mention has to go to Cristina, the lovely manager. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Her warm personality, local knowledge, and genuine care for guests truly elevated the entire experience. It’s rare to meet someone who makes a hotel feel like home, but Cristina does exactly that. If you're visiting Jersey and want a stay that’s both comfortable and full of charm, I can’t recommend Sarnum Hotel enough. I had a wonderful stay at the Sarum Hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything necessary for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent — quiet but close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Great value for money and a very pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

A lovely friendly, clean hotel which far exceeded our expectations! 3 sisters on a very special trip( one from Western Australia, two from Dover) to celebrate our eldest sisters 80th birthday. ALL staff were kind, caring & attentive, particularly Saad. Thank you for making our stay on your wonderful historic island so very special.
