Our room was not properly cleaned. The floor had black hair all over it, the AC unit was very dirty and there was splatter on the light fixture in the bathroom. We complained and we're moved to a different room. That room was cleaner but the remote for the TV was missing. The replacement didn't synch to the TV. We had very low sound that couldn't be remedied. We were given free breakfast in the restaurant as compensation.

Chateau Nova is always a great place to stay. It is clean and takes the little steps to make sure comfort is taken into account. For example real coffee mugs instead of paper ones in the room.

We were there 3 nights and our room was never cleaned! We called every day. Gross to not have clean towels and coffee and bed made. Very disappointing considering it was not busy

All good other than coffee pots in room do not have the proper coffee supply. The coffee bags provided do not match the type of coffee pot. They are for a single cup coffee pot, not a 4 cup machine.

I enjoyed the place. The parking spot was conveniently close. All the stuff were friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again.

Nice and clean, spacious rooms, comfy beds, good quality towels, quiet. Should add USB charger ports on the night tables, everything was great otherwise.

Check in/out staff were amazing. Showed genuine interest in guests and were helpful in every aspect of my stay. Thank you! Had 3 meals at the hotel - great service, great food and great value. Room was comfortable with everything I needed. I will definitely recommend Chateau Nova (already have) to others. Great job!

Chateau Nova Peace River is a well maintained and kept hotel. While they don't have a pool or hottub and does not include a breakfast, it is definitely a higher end hotel that is worth staying at. Front desk staff was very friendly.

Stayed 2 nights. Both times no internet. Afternoon staff person useless. But day shift staff are great.
