Despite the staff being friendly they couldn’t speak a word of English. Food was terrible.

Brilliant hotel… fantastic breakfast Easy to find…. Parking my car was easy and safe… I have stayed in this hotel twice in last few weeks….

Smoking rooms kill the hotel. Smoke disperses to all the rooms. They need to fix that.

One of the worst stays. Everything was old. Sink was rusted. Towels were old. Shampoo was used; they did not put a new one after previous guest had checked out. Furniture were old.

We reserve first a family room for two nights, when we feel comfort and everything is excellent we extend our stay for 5 more nights in this hotel. So I recommend you to reserve Şirin Park Hotel.

An excellent hotel, good location, helpful and friendly staff. Strange breakfast though including chicken nuggets, chips, potato croquet's and broccoli.

Everything was perfect, the room, staff, breakfast...

I was so looking forward to a nice relaxed hotel break, however that did not happen. The fact that a hotel has air conditioning is an important factor for me, I like to sleep in a cool room and have control of the temperature, I am from a very cold European country and I work in Istanbul which is much cooler than Adana. This hotel controls the air conditioning and this should be made clear at the time of booking. Even though it was 22 degrees outside and 26 in my room, I was told that I could only have warm air as the hotel was on the winter temperature schedule. I was offered a room change on a lower floor, but I refused. I was also advised to open a window, but then I would have been hot and deafened by the traffic. I had two very stressful evenings, wasted hours of my time arguing with reception regarding my room being too hot. One guy in particular was very rude and had absolutely no customer service skills. The manager did not even speak to me! I felt it was because I was a woman. I left a whole day early as I was so uncomfortable in the room and with the atmosphere. It may promote itself as a four star hotel, it certainly does not have a four star air conditioning system or customer service skills.There are plenty other hotels close by. If you are European (like to be cool) and female traveling solo, don't stay here.

Çalışanlar çok ilgili yardımsever. Odalar temiz bir sorun yok. Sadece odalar arası duvarlar fazla ince yüksek sesle TV izlemek isteyen yan odanız olursa sorun olur. Konumu da gayet iyi, kesinlikle iyi bir fiyat/performans gösteriyor. Kahvaltısı yeterli, olağanüstü çeşit yok ama gayet tatmin ediyor.
