We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was very clean and well-kept, with a great selection of tea bags and coffee provided. The kitchen-cooked grilled full breakfast was absolutely delicious — fresh, generous, and a perfect start to the day. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

Excellent staff and wonderful food

Very attentive staff and the restaurant is top notch. Quite expensive drinks, but no more than any central hotel of this quality. Bed very comfortable and rooms clean. However, the mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, and the dated bathrooms/ rooms are a little sad considering the caliber of the place generally.

Our first interaction was with a wonderful member of the bar staff who checked us in. We then won £20 as part of local businesses promoting Lancaster. Location is good, food was good and the drinks were good.

Easy check in on line, room and parking all sorted ( had to pre book parking) Lovely big room, light and spacious. Staff all pleasant, food good for dinner and breakfast.

the room was okay in terms of its size albeit that the en suite was small. I got up to shower and shave at 6:30. No shower was possible because the water was cold, later hot. So the hotel needs to switch on the water heating earlier in the morning. Breakfast was okay.

Staff is helpful, but very rude at the same time. Lot of attitude among most. Seems like they are not use to many tourist around. Heard the same complaint from other guests. Only parking to download your bags is the worst of the 4 they have, a is very tough to park.

We had a lovely big room with a very modern bathroom. The staff were excellent and the room was serviced every day.
