The room was clean and comfortable. The cold tap in the bathroom couldn’t be turned on and crockery and cutlery was not supplied, it had to be collected from reception which was inconvenient. Location was easy to find.

Had a very pleasant stay at Heritage River Motor Inn. The property is extremely well maintained, very clean, and clearly cared for. The rooms and facilities have been updated nicely, and all the amenities described were provided and in perfect working condition. Everything felt comfortable, organized, and spotless throughout the stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay.

Unfortunately, our experience began on a negative note due to the receptionist’s behaviour.The receptionist was rude from the start and did not treat us properly. Her attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming, which negatively impacted our overall experience at the hotel.

Everything was perfect. The only problem was that I wished the PowerPoints had a USB port with it.

The room was a good size. Very clean and it looked like it had recently been renovated.

Well situated with a short drive to the cbd. The motel is on the South side of the river whilst most other accommodation is on the north. Still it was an easy drive to get anywhere in the city. We had a family room which was a 2 bedroom with 5 beds in all. Very good value. The room smelt a bit due to wet carpet around the windows. No window in the bathroom. Could get a bit smelly.

We had a pleasant stay. The room and property were nice. The only downside was feeling a little unsafe while visiting the local shopping centre. I witnessed a person being harassed by some unruly teenagers.

Cheryl was very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely stay there again.

Very short stay

Room 7 absolutely fabulous. Under cover parking at the door, no steps. Steepish driveway but no problem unless you have issues. Easy car access. Fantastic gardens.
