Good dinner, easy parking and a larger than expected room. Terrible wallpaper, ie monkeys, yes monkeys, would stay there again however. The sole at dinner was a work of art, deboned at the table then re assembled. Clever. Breakfast was average. Peter

Very nice hotel, helpful staff, great dinning experience and decent breakfast in the morning. Room was nice; only marked down by Luke warm water in the bath and shower. My parents were in another room and they did have hot water, so there was obviously an issue with just our room. Would visit again.

The hotel was very comfortable with a nice room. We had a separate lounge area, making it very comfortable and easy to relax. Only disappointment was insufficient hot water in the evening to take baths, though plenty in the morning. Dinner in restaurant was very nice and the breakfast buffet good. We shall definitely return there.

Very convenient comfortable great food in an intersting town and area

A great hotel at a very reasonable price. We had a suite as my husband and I were travelling with our 20year old daughter and dog. It was like an apartment. Lovely large bathroom and a separate shower room and separate toilet. Large sitting room with large comfy sofa bed and a large bedroom with extremely comfy bed. Secure parking opposite. Easy to get to for a stopover just off the motorway when travelling through France. Lovely large village/small town to explore with cafe and restaurant options and Le Rempart offer these as well

Suite amazing and the meal in the restaurant was fantastic, the best food we have eaten during our holidays!!! Will definitely come back!!

Really nice hotel and staff got an upgrade which was a bonus but even without this we would have given an excellent review. Close to shops and bars had a lovely walk round town after dinner.

Good hotel, quality room, friendly staff, nice brasserie.

The room was difficult to find a strange layout and needed automatic lights on the stairs . The hotel has had some improvements over the last couple of years , sadly the beautiful restaurant has had modern tables put in and now it’s only a breakfast room such a shame . But the restaurant was fantastic food and lovely service . The town was very pleasant to look around .

The room was spacious, very nice comfortable bed. However it shows its years and would need some modernisation. Bathroom came with a bathtub, no shower and a separate toilet room ( which happened before in France but I don’t really like it). The parking it’s in front of the hotel in a gated area ( access with code) and was free. That’s really good as many hotels charge 20 euro and I really appreciated it. Overall a very good stay
