The room was always clean and tidy and the cleaning ladies were consistently kind. The rustic decoration provides a cozy atmosphere. The setup is friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back when we have a chance to travel through the Northeast of Brazil.

Amazing breakfast, lovely property. Just our room didn’t have an external window and this property has many flies which at breakfast was not pleasant.

Consider that this is a very old house as all of the houses around Olinda city center. The room I got was quite poor. Lack of ventilation, bugs everywhere, while my friends got another rooms in the same property those were way better in general terms. Just make sure you dont get the room that is connected with Beijupirá restaurant.

Staff is the best this place has to offer! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The place itself wasn’t my favorite. Very dark with old furniture and small bedroom. The view of Recife from the dining area and our bedroom was breathtaking. After couple of days one can get used to staying there but I won’t be returning.

An amazing place in a typical Olinda neighborhood. Totally enjoyed it.

Friendly staff, great environment, historical feel. Right on the main strip. Air conditioning in the room which was much appreciated.

Lovely accomodation, prime location, friendly and welcoming staff! We would definitely recommend and stay there again. The room was beautiful all very clean and comfortable. The friendly reception staff speaks English, there's an excellent in house restaurant and breakfast also deserves top marks.

This pousada was dirty and mosquito infested. The manager is kind and helpful but the other front of house staff are peculiar - we had a very strange welcome.

A janela do quarto era para dentro da sala do hotel e por isso e além disso, fui acordada pelos funcionários conversando enquanto faziam o café da manhã. A piscina não estava muito limpa mas apesar disso a area externa é muito agradável. O café da manhã é muito bom também. O quarto tinha um tamanho bom mas a falta de janela e o barulho dos funcionários me fizeram dar esta nota.

A banheira de imersão é excelente

Primeiramente o quarto que ficamos, não foi o mesmo que fechei via site, como mostrava nas fotos, a recepção e café eram só outro lado da rua, precisaria sair do prédio onde estava para ir até o local.

Es una posada realmente bonita y con personal muy amable. El restaurante es excelente. El único problema es que al ser un edificio antiguo de madera, nos despertó el ruido de los pasos de los huéspedes que dormían encima de nuestra habitación. A pesar de ello mi valoración es muy buena.

A pousada é linda e com muita personalidade, mas apresenta sinais do tempo, precisando de pontuais manutenções e atualizações.
