30 30 Is our check in date and also our little son birthday. During evening time, we have bough a cake to celebrate his birthday. After our celebration, we want to keep the remaining cake into the mini fridge, but we noticed the fridge is spoiled, not cold but rather hot. So we have contacted the operator for help. Then their reply is will help to inform the facility team. We wait for 30 mins, but no one come to check. So we cal again, same reply that already informed the team. Again, nobody come after 2hrs, and we give up and just hope the cake can still eat this morning (1 May). Unfortunately, all remaining cake was spoiled, So we feel very disappointed to the operator who doesn't follow up our request closely with the team to ensure the issue is resolved. Nonetheless, the front desk service is good during the check in.
