The property is very pretty and well maintained. The gardens are very lush and full of birds. And the hot springs pools are great!

The staff were efficient, attentive, and very welcoming. The breakfast was a nice surprise - a wide selection of options buffet-style, with fresh juices and good coffee.

Hotel areas are beautiful and well maintained. The thermal pools are really relaxing. The only thing we didn’t like was the bed. Mattress was extremely hard.

Tengan cuidado con las bacterias en los termales, llegué con una infección supremamente difícil de curar, llevo varias citas con dermatólogo y exámenes de laboratorio. Adicionalmente me quedaron debiendo 132 mil pesos, me pidieron el numero de cuenta y jamás lo enviaron, llamamos y escribimos y no nos contestan, que triste el servicio al cliente que tienen.

It's a nice place, the only bad thing is that they have bad service in the thermal areas.

Excellent resort in a beautiful mountain setting. Great staff. Excellent restaurant and pools. The initial room booked through hotels.com was terrible. Fortunately the hotel moved us to a great room. Do not trust hotels.com to book you a good room. Better to book directly with the hotel.

they got a new kitchen; new menu ..... they're Finally serving good food, even the buffet breakfast has been replaced with "individual" choices of egg preparation..... now it gets the ten it deserves.
