Friendly staff and clean hotel!

Close to west mall

Try to put water bottle in the room . It is basic standard.

Ava and Mikee dis a very good job! They're very good with their job. I asked for an early check in and late check out and they were able to provide those. Also the staff who arranged the breakfast have gone beyond ecpectation! You will always see them refilling the food and cleaning the table without being told. I would say our stay was a very relaxing one with good service from the staff. Even the hot tub wasn't working during our last day and the pool is a little bit small, all other amenities is great, especially the front desk and kitchen staff .

My elderly parents and I have stayed here the past couple years when visiting family and really enjoy it. Staff first and foremost are welcoming, attentive and kind. The property and amenities are spotless and convenient. We like the plentiful breakfast and use the fitness center every morning. The location is safe and also convenient to the places we want to visit in Edmonton. We will always choose this hotel and highly recommend it to those who are visiting West Edmonton.

Very friendly staff and easy check in. Room was spacious and clean. Parking lot is a little bit tight for bigger vehicles but lots of stalls.

Convince of location- close to mall where we spent majority of our time. Only a 5 minute drive. Children enjoyed the pool but majority of the time it was completely full. Garbage's were taken out but room was never fully cleaned. Empty lotion bottle. And found other's clothing and children's toys left underneath the bed.

We appreciated the check-ins from staff to see if we needed anything. The breakfast was adequate, and offered options for kids which we appreciated. On one occasion -- our room was "cleaned" but we were missing enough towels, cups, and coffee. I asked front Desk and it was resolved though.
