I love the whole hotel great experience

The heating was a little bad, we had to wait for a long time and the temperature is not as intended. Everything else was Great!

Friendly staff, walkable distance from Central Station, quiet even though my room was overlooking train tracks.

This was a stay over for business & booked at the last minute. It’s close to city centre, easy to access & not expensive. Would recommend it.

The room was clean and spacious. The construction outside the building was not ideal.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, but the area is lacking restaurants and things to do. It’s a great hotel if you need quick access to the train station and not much else

Check in was quite complicated, rooms were good and the food was ok

We had a great stay at this hotel. Courteous staff, good breakfast, amazing ambience and conveniently located We were here during Xmas eve, and my daughter was extremely happy with the comfortable family room provided Keep up the great work!

Good staff, good location, only thing missing is coffee cups or spoons to make coffee within the room.

We used this as a stopover travelling from Denmark to Calais. It was excellent. Easy parking (critically for us without height restriction) behind the hotel. Clean hotel, with lots of room for us to put a child's cot in. The service was super - friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was one of the best I've had in a hotel. Such a range of excellent food and drink, again with helpful staff. The hotel restaurant didn't serve food int he evening, but there is plenty within a few minutes (closest it 50m away...). We walked down to a large mall in ten minutes, which had many modern, well-known eateries.

The room was perfect except for the common 2 single mattresses converted to a 2 person bed (damned slit between them) but for the rest it was a superb experience. AC worked, curtains were dark, bathroom in working order and the bar and parking were a good added amenity. For this price you cant go wrong, but it never felt cheap.

Cleanless was excellent, amazing comfortable beds even child single bed excellent comfortable. A big Thank you for The guy from Reception who gave us a bedroom with single bed for my son on first floor. Excellent Great service , he was very kind And had very welcome smile, Thank you. For a second time there was a lady in Reception And it was not that Great because she put 3 of us on Higher floor without single bed for a child so I came back to Reception I put request for a bed because I booked room for 3 people so she said that she will bring a bed, So 10 min after she send a barman who came to our bedroom with a bed for my son. Barman was also very kind with big smile And excellent service. The lady from Reception wasnt that kind like The others guys from Reception. That was Great break in your hotel I will definitely come back. The best bed Ive ever had. Excellent hotel. Thank you.
