Ideally located near train station. Near all major attractions. Hotel rooms spacious, great air conditioning, clean with great restaurant. Wonderful staff!

We stayed at the Only You hotel in Valencia and we were really impressed with the hotel.....so, we decided then to stay at their hotel in Madrid. Just not the same. Quality of the hotel, service, rooms and meals were not up to the standard we expected after staying at their Valencia hotel. It is a nice place, but we were expecting better and were surprised to see that much difference.

Excellent staff. Great restaurant with views on top floor! Excellent breakfast! When an issue occur, they find a solution quickly.

Everything was wonderful!!! would certainly stay here again when in the Madrid area! Staff was friendly and HELPFUL!!!! They went over and above to make our stay great!

Great location close to city centre and train station. Staff helpful - offered free desert in restaurant. But the meal was disappointing - staff wanted to close and so was rushed - no free desert after all.

It has a boutique hotel feel, several food options at the hotel for a variety of prices and very helpful staff who all spoke perfect English.

Excellent Location and Incredible Breakfast! We had a fantastic stay at Only YOU Hotel Atocha! The location is very accessible to public transportation and within easy walking distance of all the places you want to go, including major sights and museums. Another massive highlight was the gourmet organic breakfast; the quality and variety were excellent and made for the perfect start to each day.

The hotel is very nice and efficient. Our room was spacious, although the furniture was a bit outdated. A nice and spacious bathroom with a balcony. The couch in the junior suite was very hard to lie on. There is also too much light which turns on everywhere as you enter the room, and it was difficult to figure out how to turn it off. Staff is efficient everywhere, from the reception to restaurants. They accommodated us 30 min earlier before the checkin time and showed the best way to get to the train station. I would put more comfortable sitting space in the lobby so that people waiting for their checkin time could relax.

Great property for when traveling to or from Atocha in Madrid. Bed was great, room had character, and staff was very helpful. Bonus was gym with water and a shower to use if necessary pre check in or during stay. Surpassed expectations.

Great hotel. Lovely rooms. Very convenient to Atocha station and intercity trains as well as the museums. We never usually eat in hotel restaurants but we were very happy we made an exception for the restaurant at the top of the hotel which had lovely atmosphere, good food, great views of sunset of Madrid.

room was clean. We especially appreciate the generous size bathroom and the coffee maker and water kettle in the room. We asked for an internal room to avoid the construction noise. Despite our window staring right at the internal covered courtyard, our room was quiet and we slept really well. Staff was courteous and helpful. The best part is the location, being right across the street from Atocha station near Parque del Retiro and Paseo del Prado. We could get to the station/bus terminal using the underground walkway thru the metro entrance within 5 mins. We tried the breakfast buffet one day and felt that it was fine, though I was not sure about the praises in other reviews. The coffee is from nescafe machines, while you have to wait in line to order your eggs. I do think that the bread is really good. The breakfast room is stylish and wrap-around balcony let you have a great view of area. Overall we have a perfect stay and would highly recommend it.

Close to metro and high speed train station. Clean room but small - excellent shower and AC. Gym on site very useful. Seventh floor restaraunt was top notch (unfortunately too hot to outside in seventh floor patio). Staff all around were very helpful. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops or take transit to tourist sites.

The staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. The public area is very clean, the rooms are tidy and clean.

The room and hotel has its on character and it was such a pleasure to spend 2 night there. We would recommend this hotel to anyone of our family and friends.

The hotel is directly across from Atocha train station and right next to the Metro stop so it’s very convenient. We walked to the hotel from the train station in just a minute. The hotel is very nice and the staff friendly. We booked a basic room and it was very nice with an extremely comfortable bed, a desk, a makeup area and a great bathroom. Even though it’s right by the station and at a busy intersection our room was quiet. We didn’t eat any meals but the hotel appeared to have a really nice restaurant and bar as well as a coffee shop. We would definitely stay again.
