Hotel is made for families! My kids had a lof of fun! The staff amazing!

We love taking our kids to this hotel ! So fun for the family. Check in is late though and I wish it was earlier.

Accueil et Check-in rapide par contre on nous a mis dans une chambre au 1er étage alors que nous avons 2 jeunes enfants (7 mois et 3 ans) donc une poussette et nous devions prendre le monte-charge pour descendre et monter ce qui était absolument épouvantable! Nos amis qui ont des enfants de 4 et 6 ans étaient au 4e et avaient accès à l’ascenseur régulier, eux qui n’ont pas de poussette… bref ce serait à considérer vu que vous demandez l’âge des enfants! Madame ultra bête à l’accueil au restaurant. Enfants et adultes ultra bruyants jusqu’à tard le soir. Chambre propre et spacieuse, piscine et activités super pour les enfants. Nourriture très correcte. Service aux chambres rapide.

Great place for families. Loved the pool and the indoor playground. Definitely stay there again, but only in off season. It's would be overwhelming if it was busy. The restaurant was great. Prices good and portions large (kids meals)

Good family place but a little crowded

This was an outstanding hotel for families! The staff were incredible. Location is a short drive to Old Quebec.

From check-in to check-out we had an amazing experience! The staff are friendly and helpful. The whole family enojoyed the pool and the restaurant. Our youngest loved the inflatable obstacle course on the 3rd floor. Our room was clean an vary spacious. Both the bed and murphy bed were comfortable. This was our second visit and we look forward to going again!

La chambre vue sur hotel.com n'était pas la même lors de notre séjour. Il avait un lit Queen au lieu king et pas de place pour notre enfants donc l'hôtel.com plus jamais. 0/10

Our room and the hotel in general were clean and well taken care of. The hotel had a fun vibe during Ontario’s March Break, my son had a great time using all the amenities and I enjoyed relaxing in the indoor heat and humidity :) Our room overlooked the pool, and I would agree with other reviews that if you want quiet before 11pm, or later than 7:30am, it would be best to opt for a room that doesn’t overlook the pool. Staff were helpful and friendly when ai had an issue with the bank machine.

You can truly relax while the kids have the time of their life. The beds are so comfortable and the staff is extremely helpful

The fireplace in the room was lovely and there were so many amenities for the kids. Will come here again. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t operational, which was very disappointing for us parents. Hopefully next time it will be running. The restaurant was delicious. Had several really good meals and the breakfast buffet had so many options. Wifi is not free. But we didn’t really need it. Kids were so busy!

The pool and hot tub were closed . Very disappointing . Restaurant was awful. Paid $100 for a boiled steak and raw shrimp

Very kid friendly hotel. We were on spring break with our two children and it was a perfect trip. Lots of activities for the kids.

Place was clean welcoming on the reception, the room service and the service in the hotel not to create we try to order a trip to the room. They cannot help us. They say you have to go by yourself to pick it up and the room server they did not clean the room next day even they left the plates empty no towel will be changed. No bed be cleaned up. I stay two nights or three days and on the second day when I came back, I was suspecting the room it’s clean and everything organized but unfortunate

My stay was great. The kids loved the hotel and the pool. We had a sense of being in a resort down south. The only issue was the restaurant staff. The lady at the front was great but I don’t think there was enough staff, because we had to ask another server for coffee. But the food was good for a resort. There was all sorts of activities for the kids, which was a plus. The lifeguards were also great. We would go again for sure.

L hotel est bien pour ceux qui ont des enfants et quand meme bien entretenu. Le resto est moyen. Il y a beaucoup d activites tres interessantes pour les enfants.
