Very family-friendly place to go on vacation!

Pour les enfants, les jeux d’eau et la piscine sont vraiment plaisant! Il y a plusieurs activités de prévue dans l’hôtel pour les enfants au courant de la journée.

La chambre était superbe. Notez que la cuisinette est très minimale et le frigo est un mini. Les lits etaient confortable, la salle de bain superbe. Les animations etaient au-dessus de mes attentes, vraiment super pour la famille. Seul petit point auquel je n'avais pas pensé en ayant une chambre avec vue sur le jardin, les spectacles et la baignade durent jusqu'à 22h-23h, donc assez bruyant pour les couche-tôt!

Had a wonderful stay with our toddler. Room was clean, amenities were great. The restaurant on site was excellent. Quick service eating in and also for room service. Every staff we encountered was so helpful. The pool, hot tub, sauna was all great. We had a balcony room which was a little noisy but our toddler slept well anyway and it gave us an option to sit out and chat and still keep an eye on her too. We have already talked about going back

Excellent pour les enfants. Plusieurs activités. Cependant ma chambre était désuète et pas des mieux entretenue. 2 lits escamotable et il était indiqué qu'on devait appeler la réception pour les relever. Plancher usé, grilles d'aération sale. 4 étoiles mais extra de 11.50 plus taxes pour un peignoir. Nous avions séjourné au Palace Royal de la même chaîne et c'était compris. Tapis sales. Mitigé. La satisfaction dépend des attentes

The hotel room was nice and comfortable overall, but unfortunately there was an extreme amount of dust in the room. It really needs a much deeper cleaning.

The room we were in lacked electrical outlets. There were none at either bedside so charging phones overnight which we use as an alarm clock was not an option. In today’s electronic world, I found that very inconvenient. Room key needed to be changed 4 times in a 2 night stay as it would stop working. Positive comment would be that this is a perfect place for kids, so many activities available for them and the staff were wonderful!

Great hotel for families. Full day of activities for kids inbetween exploring Quebec City. If you don’t leave the hotel your kids will be entertained the whole day. There is always something for kids to do (ex. Face painting, games, kids shows). We ate at the restaurant buffet for dinner one night and the food was excellent for a hotel buffet. Staff were all friendly and helpful although we can’t speak French, and they were able to community with us. Music by the pool every night was really good and made me feel like I’m at a resort somewhere else. Drinks at the bar were great, kids slushies were a reasonable price for a cute cup that the kids could keep everytime.
