Room 323, bed was hard as a board. Slight annoyance of smell at 7am (breakfast prep?), AC thermostat doesn’t seem to work properly, always had to readjust it to cooler. In the morning it was said to be 15, but felt like 24.

The hotel has a Walmart and a Winners nearby.

The room was filthy as we walked in on our first day, popcorn kernels, nuts on the floor, dusty and cobwebs hanging all over the ceiling. One of my co-traveller had a fall in the bathtub, it's very slippery and no anti-slippery mat. She had a big bruise on her hip and head. Some staff hardly speaks English ( we can't speak French) We asked the housekeeping to clean up the cobwebs but they say that their manager told them not to clean anything other than the floors. I was charged twice for our stay that we already paid months ago. They apologized but they didn't offered to pay whatever the extra charges that may apply to my card. It was a very unpleasant experience for us. The staff we encountered wasn't welcoming at all.

It had clean modern rooms with free parking. A nice pool (did not use ) but overall a great hotel near shopping mall and good restaurants.

The kettle was dirty and we have to wash it before using it. The sofa in the room was dirty to sit and smelled bad.

Our Stay was really great, unfortunately not at any fault of the hotel, the road in front of the hotel was under construction so it was hard to get around. The hotel was really nice, the breakfast was average. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately our room did not have a balcony. All in all we had a great stay.

Deuxième fois à cet hôtel et très déçu. Très bruyant et le déjeuner très basic les choix.

Ce qu'il m'a plus c'est la propreté de la chambre et son emplacement. Ce que j'ai trouvé moins intéressant pour le reste de mes Amis se sont les chambres situées au 2e directement avec la salle à manger du déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner est "correct" mais pas d'oeufs bacon En général l'hôtel est bien avec des enfants.

We were sadly dissapointed at this property on arrival. We stayed for 2 nights. No bar or restaurant facilities on site. Our room was nice, spacious and clean. Car parking easy and free which is a bonus. We didn't use the outdoor pool but it seemed popular and there was a life guard on duty. Breakfast I'm afraid was terrible. I do not expect to use plastic plates and cutlery at a hotel. Choice was very basic. No real organisation it was a free for all to obtain a table. We used Uber to get in to the city which was very easy and only around 20 dollars each way. A huge shopping centre across the very busy road is good and we enjoyed a good meal at Cosmos which is next door. I would rate this as a motel not a Hotel. We did enjoy Quebec city though a beautiful location.

Hôtel convenable, mais rien d’exceptionnel. Chambre rénovée, mais avec un mobilier qui paraît daté. Lit assez dur. Déjeuner inclus correct. Bon pour un séjour de passage, mais ne vaut pas nécessairement un détour.
