Rooms very outdated. Our room was in the basement and smelled very humid; almost like being inside an old rink. The breakfast area was nice and continental breakfast was okay. Free Underground parking was great and close to our room which was nice.

Stayed on night for a conference, and can’t complain about anything. Check-in was smooth, room was clean. Bed were comfy, breakfast was ok (it is not a huge buffet, but was more than enough for me). Gym was functional (it is very basic, but I was able to workout). I would stay again. For business, definitely booking it again.

Front desk staff were excellent and ready to help. The gentleman that took care of the breakfast. Very kind gentleman.

I'd say everything was very good except the breakfast. While adequate it was heavy on bread products. Cold hard cooked eggs not appealing. Oranges were good.Breakfast Room was clean & pleasant. Rooms were clean & beds very comfortable. Good parking. Great location to attand event at Laval.

I enjoyed staying there. Staff were very friendly. Rooms are nice and clean. The downside is continental breakfast, I’ve seen better. One morning the pancakes were very hard.

Beautiful Interior design and very clean. Rooms aren't very large, but they have all you need, are well laid out, and are very clean.

The bed was really comfortable (I like firm beds due to my backache) and room was good. Staff is kind and helpful. Underground parking is included with the stay. As for Cleanliness, it is average and they can do better. There are some places available for dinner and a bakery close by (3-4 mins drive away) is not to be missed. Continental Breakfast is served, pancakes, bread, bagels, cream cheese, butter, cornflakes and milk, coffee n tea also available. Boiled eggs are available too (but they cold which is why I didn’t like them) Otherwise nice place for a stay.
