My mom overall experience was good. The only thing that i didn't like much is a very small window in the room

Second time in RRHotel . Simply outstanding

Breakfast staff was excellent, especially Katherine who was very attentive to my needs. Front desk staff was highly professional and polite. Bell captain staffas well. Unfortunately I got one of the inside rooms, with no sunlight. That was the downside of my stay this time. But I didn't mind because it was just a two night stay.

I'm totally satisfied with my 5 night stay at Rosh Rayhaan by Rotana in Riyadh. It's not just the location, comfort and luxury that make a hotel great, but also more importantly the staff looking after and serving the guests. Right from the time I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the security and bell boys. Mannan and Mohamed helped with the luggage. Noura at the front desk explained the property amenities well, gave options for currency exchange and also granted a slight late check out. The in-room dining (food) was good. You can scan a QR code to see the menu and order through the web - very efficient and accurate. The best part was the above and beyond service provided by captain Ashok and his staff consisting of Aijaz Lone and Sushanta Rai. They knew my dinner requirements and made sure the preparations were customized. Payment and billing was also smooth. Even the breakfast was excellent - good spread and overall good taste (although they can have more variations - it was more or less the same each day, but no complaints). Their managers (Sabin and others), their live counter staff Rafik and Naga Raju, and servers Nithish, Katherine and others were very helpful and courteous. Housekeeping also did a great job making sure to respect DND and also accommodating special requests (more water bottles etc). Special shout out to Rapik, Nithin and another young fellow from Nepal (forgot his name, sorry). Overall, great location, nice Rotana brand & excellent staff.

the room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The mattresses were not super comfortable, it is an opportunity to improve. The continental breakfast was amazing, a lot of choices and high quality food.

Room was spotless but housekeeping later on was not perfect and regular. But attentive all the same. Amenities were good and in place. Staff was very courteous and helpful specially reception and concierge services

Excellent in every way, great location, the business lounge was really good and helpful . Loved the staff they were kind , helpfu and , effective . Well come back for sure in my future visits to Riyadh

Very good service and well located.

This was my fourth stay at Rosh Rayhan. As usual it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. The room (213) was very clean, and the cleaning staff was excellent, polite and prompt. However the room had some issues (no sound from TV, only a third of the channels were working, the espresso machine had a broken pedestal) that were fixed quickly. The location of 213 on the side street (south of hotel) was a bit problematic as there is construction going on that starts at dawn, and on one night even before dawn! So perhaps avoid that side of the hotel if you're a light sleeper. Restaurant team at breakfast was, as usual, wonderful and very friendly. I'd especially like to thank Roudaina, Mary, Abbas and Faiz. Thanks RR team!
