The hotel staff are super nice and helpful. They helped carry our bags and gave us very good recommadation of places for dinner. Very good location. Within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping centers, as well the bus station to the airport.

The staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful. The room and facilities were clean and appeared well maintained. In our room, access to the toilet was a bit awkward. The door to the bathroom opened into the bathroom. The location of the sink and toilet did not allow a person to simply enter the bathroom and close the door. You have to enter the bathroom, partially close the door, then slide by the door, to access the toilet. Other than that all the other features were fine.

This was my second visit which means I was satisfied with the hotel. This time the room was not very cleaned when I first moved in but the staff were kind. They are trained better than 5 star hotels. Thank you for your kind hospitality while I was staying. I will come back to your hotel for my next visit to Seoul.

Excellent across the board!

Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Super clean in lobby, elevator, corridors and room. Convenient transportation, make sure you learn how to reserve taxi-Kaokao app. There’s no breakfast despite what the description says.

Great hotel and great staff. Very kind and accomodating. Gave me a gift as well when I checked out which was very nice.

Had a good stay

Room contained a rodent, amenities and support was limited, staff were not as helpful and accommodating. Rooms were a bit small.

Fully refurbed recently, very helpful staff, quiet, rooms are clean and well appointed. Bed comfy, shower powerful. Not too far from subway station. Good location. V good value for money

Hotel is small building. My room was small and clean. Ok for an overnight stay. It is uphill so difficult to drag luggages to the entrance. Better take taxi and ask the driver to drop you at the entrance. I arrived at 2pm (only 1hr away to check-in) and was asked for a fee for early check-in. I paid because I was extremely tired hauling my luggages from the bus stop to their entrance which is uphill.

They were very nice and hospitable. Even upgraded my room!

My partner and I stayed here initially for one night, then went to another hotel as it was close to a place we were going to do most of the sight seeing. Then we decided to come back to stay another night. This hotel deserves so much recognition- it's clean, the customer service is top-tier, and everything about it felt very home. We felt very safe and comfortable. It's in between the two main stations in Seoul. The location is great and there are so many restaurants near by. Highly recommended.

Room wasn’t bad. I arrived a few hours early and they want extra money if I want to check in before 2pm. I just went to the local gym instead.

Second time I stayed at Capace hotel ;it had been a positive experience. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed The hotel's location was also convenient, with GS25 store right on the corner.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Capace Hotel in Gangnam! The rooms were very clean, the price was extremely reasonable, and the staff were professional and friendly. We really appreciated the great service throughout our stay. It was a comfortable and convenient place for our family vacation, and we’d definitely recommend it to others visiting Seoul!
