It's been a long time since I slept so well in a hotel. The river view was very open, but this side of the river wasn't too crowded. The staff, including N Anh, V Anh, Truong, and Nghia, were lovely and helpful. They even offered a convenient car rental service. My only small suggestion is that the air conditioner is above the bed; I had to adjust the airflow, but it was still fine.

The old room was not like the picture, the elevator made me feel uneasy because it creaked, the lighting system was dark and flashed like in a bar, there was a basement for parking but I couldn't park my car so I had to leave it on the street, the room's refrigerator was broken and I reported it to the receptionist but they didn't fix it,...

The room was terrible, it looked really dirty. There were ants on the table. 3-4 star hotel but still using fake bottled water. Cheap deal but in reality they give crappy rooms to guests.

The room is not really clean and if you want to use hot water you have to boil it on your own. The staff were really helpful.

The room is beautifully decorated, fully furnished, however the room's soundproofing is very poor, you can hear the sound of sex in the next room as clearly as if you were witnessing it.

For its cheap price, the quality of the Palmier Hotel is amazing. I stayed for 5 days and felt very at home. Beautiful views from the rooms and the bathroom is equipped with bathtub. Located on the river bank, Palmier is very close to the city center and the beach. Palmier also helped me accommodate to travel to Hoi An and Hue.

It couldn't be worse, no matter how the tourist area is, I'm sure I'll be afraid to come to Da Nang. If you go on a trip, you should not choose it because you will feel tired and want to go back home immediately 😡

Everything was great, friendly staff, scooter rental at the hotel, laundry, nice bathroom with dryer, view of Han River. The only downside is poor soundproofing, when other guests checked in at midnight, the room opposite was noisy (even though the other guests had closed the door), I stayed for 4 days but no room cleaning staff.

Clean hotel, good service. With such a room price, the room is very ok

Friendly staff, good location, reasonable price

Their service is good enough. The toilet is clean and spacious. Hot and cold shower is working as well as the flush.

The phone does not work, the TV has no signal and the water in the toilet is rusty but in general the staff is nice and the location is good

The room is too bad (damp, ragged curtain, damp floor, no TV)
