If you book online, you will get a room on the 4th floor. The bed is pure leather without a topper. The glass balcony door was blown by the wind all night like it was loose. The room is not soundproof. There is no elevator. But the location is good, easy to travel.
I told the staff about the bed. I received information that if you book online, you will get a 4th-5th floor and the bed will not have a topper. So I asked to move to a lower floor. The bed has a topper, which is better. I just found out that they provide a small towel because the first room we stayed in only had a towel. Then I just found out that the water heater broke at night. 🥹🥹🥹 The staff said there was no technician. We had to wait until the next morning. I feel very unsatisfied with this place. It is like paying for products and services that the seller is not ready to serve, but we pay the normal price as other rooms that receive complete service.
If the hotel management uses the same room standards on every floor and has criteria for checking the readiness of the room before releasing the service to guests who intend to book to stay, it would be very good.
