The room and board were very clean and we loved the breakfast buffets. The room in the summer was a bit stuffy and could have done with a small fan. Overall it was a great place and we highly recommend.

Something that Hotels.com need to inform customers is that this place do not offer towels, bedding and room cleaning. You can get this at an additional cost (don’t know the price) and for 1200kr they can clean after your visit else you have to clean the area yourself. Please check the website of this place before booking.

I forgot to write my review earlier when I stayed there in May 2024. It’s a beautiful location, I stayed in a cabin with an uninterrupted view of the sea. I walked everyday into Visby along the footpath on the coast, it was gorgeous. The room was clean and staff super friendly and professional. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone, as the rooms are clean, great staff, and great rates.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very nice and food was excellent. Breakfast was superb. Staff was also pro active with some extremely noisy guests, making sure they would quiet down by 10pm. That was very much appreciated since we had to leave the window open due to hot weather.

Kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz

New rooms, well equipped and clean. Our only problem was the heat in the cabin, at 25-27 degrees outside it was unbearably warm inside and very difficult to sleep well at night unless we left our door open all night. The window only opened 10cm. That was the only issue

Gustavsvik was a pretty nice place to stay. The apartment was comfortable for three or four people with a nice kitchenet and living space, but remember to bring your own sheets and towels - not an uncommon thing in Sweden. It was a little further out of town than I would have liked, but renting bicycles more or less solved that problem. I would say this place was good, but not great. A fair value for the money at the post-tourist time of year.

Extra fees for linen and requirement to clean the property were unexpected

The area is nice with green spaces and beach access. It does not include bed linen, towels, toiletries or any cleaning of the apartment, which must be provided by guests including upon departure.

Lovely and Quiet

Boendet och frukosten var jättebra, men appen Parkster som krävs för parkering lurade mig på 600 kronor

Resande i jobbet .. härligt med havet och promenadstråk utanför dörren efter flera nätter på hotell. Rummet litet men funktionellt. Snabbfrukost för mig denna morgon men hade gärna suttit kvar och njutit av allt gott och utsikten återigen. Något kylslagen morgon men kan ju lätt fantisera om en varm sommardag med skönt badvatten. Kommer tillbaka !

En trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rummet var välstädat, bra sängar. Frukosten med dess tillbehör var riktigt bra, småbröden var dock lite tråkiga. Nära ner till havet med en fantastisk utsikt från rum 116. Det tråkiga var att man behövde betala för parkering när man bokat ett rum.

Frukostutbudet helt ok för det priset. Men lite obekvämt att personalen stod och stirrade på gästerna under frukosten.

Vi hade en lyckad övernattning. Tyvärr är det fågelbajs på uteplatsens stolar när vi kommer och iskallt i rummet. Det fanns ett element som tack o lov fungerade som vi satte igång. Rummet var helt ok! Frukosten var god och riklig. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter med Parkster. Vänligt bemötande i receptionen. Vi är helt nöjda! Tack så mycket!
