Perfect location. Beautiful property. Lively, but yet very private and quiet. Delicious high quality breakfast. And to top it all: a nice complimentary bottle of Prosecco.

The location, views, service, and breakfast were all excellent. I really enjoyed my stay here and I would recommend it to others.

Great hotel in a very convenient location.

Excellent experience overall- comfortable bed, great location on the pier, tons of shopping and food nearby. Only hiccup was we didn't realize that we can't drive up to the hotel to drop off our belongings (you have to park in the public lot or a private lot about 100-300 meters away). It's a short, pleasant walk but the first night when finding our way the GPS kept took us in circles trying to find the hotel so that was a little tiring.

Absolutely fantastic property

We had stayed here 8 yrs ago and could not wait to get back. It was everything we remembered. Exceptional service, beautiful surroundings and the restaurant Zepo as delicious as it was then. It was our 35th wedding anniversary and we cannot wait to come back. One of the best hotels in the world - and we have traveled a lot!

They welcomed me at midnight and were so kind. The room was clean and beautiful. Our window overlooked the harbor! Breakfast in the morning was delicious, with a wide variety of Greek delicacies. Thank up for a wonderful stay’

This hotel was beautiful, in a great location, with helpful and accomodating service that went above and beyond.

Five starts do not seem enough for this hotel , the whole staff are truly exceptional and made our stay so special. From breakfast , reception to the cleaning staff, everyone provided a level of customer service that is beyond anything I have ever received in any other hotel. A special mention must go out to the breakfast !! It is incredible

Superb service. Elegant accommodations and the view to the Venetian harbor is spectacular. The breakfast is made to order and the food quality and dining patio are excellent. Very friendly staff makes this an exceptional experience. Interior design is magnificent, and fits this beautifully renovated Venetian Mansion.

Situated in an absolutely perfect location on the harbor, the staff was so nice and helpful. The room was very clean and nicely organized, with many amenities and provided toiletries. Highly recommend staying here and would definitely return here and stay again.

Our family of four had an amazing stay in the Dondolo suite for our three day visit to Chania. The service was impeccable, food outstanding, and the staff was so accommodating (ie, we forgot a converter plug and they had one for us to use). We also enjoyed a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and charcuterie board on our amazing balcony overlooking Old Town. The location cannot be beat. We also enjoyed spending our down time at Zepos on their comfy couches ordering almost everything on its menu. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend the Domus Renier to anyone staying in Chania.

A truly beautiful boutique hotel. Perfect location on the old Venetian Harbour surrounded by restaurants. Service was exemplary and room was modern, well decorated and came with all the amenities you could need
