The staff was really friendly, but it would have been better if they spoke proper English. The area around the hotel was really terrible and there was an early construction sites just next to the hotel. The smoke sensor in the room was covered with plastic tape so people can smoke!! which was really not safe

Amazing hotel - looks better in real life than in photos. Wonderful personnel, beautiful rooms, absolutely fabulous food! Would stay here definitely again! Thank you!

Hotel is very quiet. Beds can be new and more comfortable.

Firstly the GYM was closed and they never mentioned that at the check in The breakfast was very poor quality and the items are so old I asked for non smoking room and the room I got was filled with smoke smell and when I asked about it they said they don’t know why The mini bar was empty

Nice lobby area, pool area design, excellent green restaurant area. Staff is very friendly, tries to maintain very good level of service, but evidently the hotel is old and some facilities need serious restoration: gym excersisers are half broken, sauna and steam room are out of service, WIFI in rooms does not work at all.

The washroom was upgraded with good equipment. The other areas still required more upgrades.

The staff was very pleasant and helped us relocate to other room that did not smelled tobacco

Was a good hotel except no airco. The staff said they will fix it, but was stil not working.

Nice place. However we went there for the sauna, and steam room. They were were not working. It would be good to list on Hotels.com if this is included in price. If they were open, there would have been an extra charge for them. However disappointed that these items were not available.

Odaların temizliği ve otelin sakinliği güzeldi. Memnun ayrılıyorum otelden. Tek olumsuz durum, kahvaltı. Kesinlikle 5 üzerinden 2'yi zor hak ediyor.

Çözüm odaklı ve çok rahat

Kusursuz bir konaklamaydı. Odanın temizliği, otelin genel dekorasyonu, sunulan hizmetler ve sayamadığım birçok şey sorunsuz ve kaliteliydi. En önemlisi, tüm otel ekibi güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Bu güzel deneyim için teşekkür ederim.

Das positive ist nur die Lage des Hotels. Das Hotel ist in einer ruhigen Lage und die Zimmer sind groß. Leider ist das Inventar so veraltet. Die Betten quitschen bei jeder Bewegung. Es müffelt im ganzen Hotel. Macht einen großen Bogen um das Hotel. Nicht zu empfehlen!
