the bathrooms need urgent renovation

It is a decent hotel where I had to stay for Christmas a few days. The rooftop is nice and the jacuzzi decent.

Beautiful view of City from rooftop pool area. Gym. Covered parking. Included breakfast was delicious. I appreciated that they had both kinds of outlets in the rooms, so I could use chargers from America that did not have adaptors.

Bedroom was old, floor was peeling off, missing tiles, bathroom was small and cheap, bugs crawling on the floors, and the worst of all, the smell of dead body in the room was unbearable. We checked in and checked out in less than an hour.

Check in was a little awkward because the rooms weren’t ready so I had to wait for my room to be cleaned. Staff barely spoke anything other than Portuguese but I managed with my limited knowledge. The room itself was a weird shape, like a small triangle and very small. The AC wasn’t cooling at all but I was only there for one night so I wasn’t going to complain. The redeeming quality was the breakfast which was pretty awesome.

I was disappointed with the bathroom shower it needed a little maintainance, other than that everything was great.

Já fiquei neste hotel várias vezes, e para mim era o melhor em Juiz de Fora. Desta vez o quarto estava sujo. A roupa da cama com rasgos. As toalhas sujas, e para piorar quando voltei das reuniões às 5 da tarde o quarto ainda não estava limpo. Depois da reclamação a equipa tentou fazer o seu melhor e acabou informando que têm poucos recursos para fazer tudo em tempo hábil porque o hotel estava cheio.

Correu tudo bem.

Infelizmente nossa estadia foi ruim. Estive a tarde preparando o quarto para a noite de núpcias com minha noiva mais tarde. Deixei tudo arrumado com pétalas de rosa pelo chão, entre outras coisas. Quando chegamos a noite o ar condicionado começou a pingar forte, quase uma torneira. Tivemos que colocar a lixeira para servir de balde. Ligamos para a recepção, nos ofereceram outro quarto, mas como mudar depois de tudo arrumado? Outro ponto ruim foi a falta de condicionador no banheiro. No café da manhã minha esposa foi pegar um chocolate quente e a máquina estava quebrada.. Enfim.. lamento que essas coisas prejudicaram nossa estadia. Era para ter sido tudo perfeito.

Acho que o hotel melhorou após as reformas. Os quartos estão melhores, boas camas, banheiro bom. Recepção muito eficiente. Não concordo com a cobrança a parte da garagem

Muita dificuldade no check in , ar condicionado neo funcionava, demorou muito para mudar de quarto, eram 5 horas o horário em q finalmente entramos no quarto. Exaustos. Aí foi o cofre q não funcionou. RResolvi
