The room is not soundproof at all. You can hear footsteps and people talking in the hallway. The housekeepers clean in the late morning and shout at each other, the noise entering the room. There were ants in the room. The staff were very helpful and polite.

I got a room on the 5th floor, a room at the very end, under the eaves. During the day, birds would perch and walk around, making a lot of noise, but the staff allowed me to change rooms.

I'm not able to stay in this hotel. The hotel is not bad but the reservation system is. They inform me that they quit all online booking for a week but the system still provides the booking for me. It make me floating in the air because I have no hotel to stay. So far, the hotel help me book other hotel with 40% higher price. I get refunded by the agent. My suggestion is to be careful of online booking. We need to request the hotel phone number to recheck it again. Otherwise, you may face this problem. It may cause more damages if you have no car or being in distant areas.
