Great location , friendly staff

What a marvelous hotel. Great staff, easy check-in, comfortable and clean rooms, quiet, delicious and generous breakfast and very well situated in Trapani. Excellent value for the cost. Parking is just a few blocks away, safe and manned garage. I would enthusiastically recommend San Michelle! It’s a lovely hotel with lots of charm and class.

Very nice shopping area very close to hotel. Lots of options for restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was fantastic. And the sunset on the Mediterranean was spectacular. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel.

Main issue was the emergency light in the room - I understand that there is a legal requirement for this but the one in this room was so strong and bright that it was really challenging to sleep.

Check in took 45 minutes; no help with parking; no prior word of no breakfast; double billing by front desk ( not resolved yet - paid expedia and the hotel ); A very cold room and a front desk employee who was not terribly friendly

Alessandro was extremely helpful providing guidance on how best to get to the hotel and retrieving items that I'd forgotten. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room. The room and wete very clean and the shower spacious and modern. This property is very well managed and I would love to stay there again when I visit Trapani

Loved this property. It was a hidden gem. The rooms were quiet, spacious and comfortable. The valet parking was well worth it particularly after a long day of driving. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. It was easy to walk to most places or to catch the free bus. I would happily stay there again - but would stay for longer!

The hotel was lovely with an excellent breakfast . The service from the front desk was excellent and the valet parking was very convenient. The room was clean, if a little cramped. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was room with nice body gel and shampoo. We were driving and had a little difficulty finding the hotel,, but that could have been us.

Wonderful location. Close to the port with many excursions from which to choose. Some of the outlets did not function so charging our electronics was problematic. They recommended a car service to goto Erice that was excellent and very dependable. However the hotel concierge didn’t know that the town shut down early so our evening was very disappointing.

Very good location in an old palace in the town center, ideal for walking the city center, and proximity to restaurants. The valet service is very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, although small. The breakfast abundant with many choices.

The staff on reception were wecoming and very helpful and when we needed a taxi one was successfully ordered for us. The room was wonderful and has everything in it that we needed. The breakfast was good with lots of choice.

The hotel is close to main area and ferries to other islands. Room was very clean and had everything we wanted

Spent 3 nights at the Hotel San Michele. Location is very convenient and a short walk to town. We used the valet parking which worked out great for us. Our room which looked into the courtyard was very clean and comfortable. Staff were great. Hopefully we will get a chance to return.

We loved our stay here! The rooms were so stylish and chic, it really felt special. Breakfast was incredible with plenty of delicious options to start the day. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the boats for tours. The staff were also wonderful, super helpful in guiding us on where to go and what to see. Highly recommend!

Good location as it is close to the port and local beach. Although rooms were clean they were outdated. Overall, average stay for the price.
