The hotel staff is extremely friendly, but we found the rooms a bit outdated. Also, we were on the street side, and traffic is very noisy, even with the windows closed. Parking and pool (which we did not use) are very convenient

The Hotel Mediteran was a great find! It was clean, had a very comfortable bed, quiet. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was wonderful, and best of all they had delicious filtered coffee. A real treat!

This was listed as an ocean view room. We could see a bit of the ocean, but I didn’t realize it was 15 min away from the old city and the ocean. Overall, I’m glad we stayed here because it was a very nice hotel. Probably much nicer than the ones closer to the old city. There isn’t really a beach in Zadar, or many hotels that are close to the ocean. The staff was really nice, the breakfast was really good and the room was beautiful.

Overnight stay with partner in September. Rooms are large and bright and all was spotlessly clean. September is perhaps not high season in Zadar, but still there were a few customers at the hotel and we still had a very quiet sleep. We didn't file any particular request but felt the staff was friendly and welcoming. Buffet breakfast with good variety. Sadly, the machine to prepare coffee was dated and the taste of our coffee left quite a bit to be desired. I'd say that's the only serious bit where this hotel lets itself down. Location also isn't too central, but Zadar offers many means of transport to get close to the old town, plus there are a few restaurants in the area (the hotel also has its own) and a convenience store right opposite the hotel. We had our own car which could accommodate in Mediteran's parking area. Overall, we'd recommend the hotel.

Excellent hotel and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Be aware there's no elevator but the gentleman behind the desk took up our suitcases (and refused a tip).

Having never been to Crotia the staff at Hotel Mediteran were vwry accomodating. They made sure that ny partner and I knew what was around in the local area, offered local taxi aervice for a good price and was just bery lovely people. The hotel facilities were clean, the breakfast in the morning was good. However, I would say that there isnt mu h for those who cannot have milk. I am sure if we asked we could have been accomodated. Thank you

We chose this hotel for our last night prior to departing Zadar after arriving from Split. We chose it as we wanted a less expensive stay with breakfast and concierge service to make our departure as seamless as possible. The hotel delivered in all fronts for what we needed for one night. While the rooms are a bit dated, the cleanliness was superb as was the staff. They helped us getting a transfer from the bus station to the hotel and the airport and were very prompt in responding to our emails. The breakfast was delicious and had a great spread of food options beautifully presented. The hostess in charge of the breakfast was gracious and polite and explained all the food sections for us while keeping everything clean and well stocked. The pool area looked very inviting and fun. We just didn't have time to enjoy it. The hotel has it's own restaurant and the area per se has many options of restaurants and places to hang out at night and have fun. Beach is about an 11 minute walk. Zadar old town is about a 10 minute drive although you can reach it by foot in about half an hour. This hotel has no elevator so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues or a billion suitcases. We would definitely come back.

Very nice hotel, close to Borik hotel complex (with beaches). It is very clean and staff are great. Breakfast is also very good with local specialties. WiFi is not great (same was 4 years ago).
