Worst hotel ever!!! Linens ripped off Room dirty Sanitary seat loose Paid 3 nights stay 2. Spoke to front desk on the first night. They did nothing at all. Same room for the second night. Same dirty same linens not even the did the bed. Horrible

I love staying in this hotel. Overall I have a great experience but mostly safe and secure all throughout my stay. Even if I am not a fan of far locations but safety is utmost importance.

The towels and the sheets was too old.

Great hotel! No complaints!

The maintenance presented some missings like air condition don’t working properly and moisture stain in bathroom wall. Cleanliness looks very good but find a old bubble gum glued in the frame window maculated all the clean work.

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is well located, restaurant offers tasteful and affordable price. Highly recommend

The best part of staying at this hotel is the staff. They are very pleasant yet professional and they do whatever is within their means to make their guests comfortable during their stay! The breakfast spread is ample and varied and the cooks are willing to provide a-la-carte requests, as well. Besides, to top it off, the premises are also pet-friendly!

Good location if you are attending anything at Rio Centro (Rio's convention centre). Staff were helpful and nice. The place itself needs a bit of a facelift inside.

Nice hotel but far from the beach and the city center

Very good

I was at Ribalta for only 2 days, but it exceeded my expectations. The location is not the best, and part of the building adjacent to it was under construction. Once you step inside, you quickly forget the outside appearance. Check in was fast and professional, room was ready and we were even given a choice. I truly enjoyed Ramada Encore.

Front office staff stopped and asked if we needed help anytime they saw us. Very friendly. Food and meals were limited at the hotel and closest restaurants were about 1 KM away but then the exercise to get there offset the additional food intake. Our visit was during Carnival and the hotel was filled with lovely and beautiful younger women. Just walking around the lobby was inspirational. My wife says the men were alright also. Even though there were lots of younger people staying there the hallways were quiet in the evening. The hotel is situated in the suburbs in a light industrial area. Not much around but many Uber type drivers available to take us places.
