AVOID THIS PLACE! The owner stole my money! I paid at the end of May for my stay in October, but my plans changed, so I canceled. I received a notification that my money would be refunded, and when I booked, it clearly said “Free cancellation before September 30.” But all of a sudden, the owner stopped speaking English!

The room was dirty , dirty towels , no hot water , and was refused to switch the room

Centrally located. Clean room. Back rooms are very quiet. Helpfull Señora.

Nice location, new and elegant (I was in the new building in the back). There was a noisy water pump outside that switched on and off all night long, but overall the hotel was much nicer than I'm used to. In the center of town, the Chepe trains stop directly in front.

I wanted to thank the management for allowing us to store our luggage a couple hours before our check in time. As for parking, I did not use parking so I am not sure if there was one available. The hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk from the Creel train station. Great location and great price. The rooms were clean.

The staff was great. We arrived late at night, but they took care of us and got us our rooms. But call ahead to alert them. The rooms are plain, no frills. But they are clean and there is plenty of water pressure and HOT water. Ask for a room in the back. It'll be a bit quieter.

The property is at the end of the town. You will need to walk a block over to tracks to downtown. It is really close. The reception is not where the rooms are at. The picture on Expedia is the rooms. The reception is one street over east.

The checkin we called the hotel number. During the call a lady came around the corner. She was sweet and demure and we had a language barrier. She smiled nicely and went across the street to get the key and came back to ket us in. She was not what i pictured as the receptionist but she got the job done very nicely . Showed us how to hear the room warmer. Smiled alot. Very gentle. The beds were super comfortable with warm bedding. Internet comes and goes but that is standard we are told in this town. The bathroom could use the walls wasked down good and the door replaced as you can tell it has def been kicked in at least once. The toilet sings a pretty song after flushing. So for a sound person looking for that odd sound to add to a horror moving this could be just the find for you. We paid 1020p for this room. We found others that are much nicer in town starting at 980p and up. This room should be on the lowest price scale. If i had paid around 500p then i would have been quiet content to stay our remaining 3 days here. But for the price difference of a much nicer facility and actual cost savings we are going to take advantage of an other offer in the toen till we leave on Tuesday.

The lady of the facility was very attentive and made sure she was available if we needed anything. The best of this place was showers nice hot water to shower.

Me gusto mucho porque esta súper céntrico, la encargada es muy amable y la presión de la regadera es increíble y súper calientita. Recomiendo 100%

Terrible, me pidieron pagara el alojamiento por adelantado, lo cual hice, por cancelacion en los viajes por ferrocarril pedi mi reembolso o un cupon para cambiar fecha de alojamiento, envie correo y llame por telefono en varias ocaciones por supuesto nunca contestaron...

Nice place right in town. Guadalupe is very nice and the room is also very nice.

The place was very clean and Ms Crucita was very attentive to our needs.

It is a bit confusing at first because of the “informality” but overall is good

Room is totally facing the street, one lock doesn't work, towels were too old with smell, wifi doesn't work from room, in general there are plenty of better places for same money In town

Buenas ubicación, fuera del ruido de la calle principal, pero accesible caminando a esa calle, que es la zona turística.

Es basico, pero cumple con todo lo descrito en la publicación, esta cerca del centro, hay opciones de comida. Para dormir es mas que suficiente, solo puede mejorar con una señal de internet mejor a los cuartos de atras y mas variedad de canales de cable. Todo lo demas bien.
